Crushing Hulk Hogan
It was so convincing I was really upset (I was only nine). To the point where I actually wrote a "Get Well Soon" card to Hogan, and got a postcard saying thanks. But oddly soon afterwards, I realised that the "Quake-Bravo-Hart" stable was cool, and wanted Quake to win at SummerSlam90.
;D
RIP Quake.
Awesome memories.

When he debuted in the WWF as a "volunteer" from the audience to sit on Dino Bravo's and The Ultimate Warrior's backs for the pushup challenge, which of course turned out to be a brilliant set up for a double-team attack on The Warrior. The way he acted like a scared fan when The Warrior charged in was hilarious.

Saw Quake wrestle live at a house show. Belive it was Natural Disasters vs. the Beverly Brothers and of corse we cheered the Disasters and they came through since the only people I had and have ever seen the Beverly Bros ever beat were jobbers....

Not so much a moment, but I really liked his tag title run with Typhoon.

My first memory, seriously, is me getting the Earthquake toy when I was a real little kid. My brother got Typhoon. I still have both of them, and I'll never get rid of my Earthquake.

I remember when John Tenta first appeared on Superstars to do the angle with Warrior and Dino Bravo. I remember the feud with Hogan, him busting up Andre, and I always liked when the angle where he squashed Damien. A favorite memory is his beating Yokozuna in a sumo match on Raw.
Speaking of which, I was just going through an old tape earlier this evening. It was a Raw from July or August of 1998 and featured John as Golga defeating Marc Mero. Good stuff.

He and Hogan are wrestling, and Hogan starts doing his ripped flexing, and 'Quake and Hogan get into the test of stregth. Tenta flings Hogan across the ring, makes this massive grin, and flexes, which I instantly marked for.

It's hard to pick just one moment
A few of my personal picks would be:
Destroying Hogan Squashing Damien The Natural Disasters face turn The gimmick Battle Royale
Thank you for all the memories John

I must say the Hogan feud sticks out most in my mind. When Earthquake squashed Hogan on the Brother Love show and stood over him...I was stunned.
When Quake would cup his ear to the crowd mocking Hulk Hogan was classic. He would do it, and just seeing his facial expressions were funny.
I was 9 or 10 when I saw Earthquake squash Hulk Hogan. I even remember the WWF had a "Get well, Hulk" thing you could write to. Being 9 or 10, of course, I did.

I remember before Typhoon was one half of the Natural Disaters, he was Tugboat and him and Earthquake had a match. And Earthquake did a dropkick!

I remember Gorilla Monsoon calling it one time, saying "He couldn't have hit Sy Low Low(famous midget wrestler) with that dropkick!" Great stuff.
