I've been wondering: Is this character male or female? To me, it looks like a slightly feminine male, instead of the overly feminized men that's the new standard for anime nowadays.  Yes, Rip is a girl.  In fact they gave her a very girlie voice in the Anime just to make sure people knew it.  Rip van Winkle is an odd name for a female manga character; is there any relation between the character in Hellsing and the classic story, or did they just name her RvW for the hell of it? |

Cosplay intrigues me, and I've dressed up on occasion. I've only got a few pictures to show for it, though. These are all from last year's halloween: "Just lay down your weapons and walk away!"  Me with the rejected Team Fortress 2 classes: The Biker, The Security Guard and The Edward Scissorhands.  Me eyeballing Edward while enjoying a Jones Soda.  |
