Age 11, we were Sno Tubing on an icy hill because we got some good speed. Ran after the Sno Tube and went to do a flying sit down on it, Sno Tube slid down the hill. I went tailbone first onto a thick layer of ice on a frozen solid hill.

Tripped and fell down 6 or 7 steps which resulted in me breaking my ankle in 2 places.

I'm flat footed, and for the last 6 years I was training on and off in MMA, however I recently got back to the spin of things and i have not done any physical activity for about a year prior, any ways i messed up on some stretches and did alot of footwork and could not walk for a few days....I was in irritating pain
the most painful was bruised chest and ribs after i survived a head on collision with an 18 wheeler, the engine and steering wheel pushed up up into me and into the car.

dislocated knee. tore cartilidge completely out of my joint, stretched tendons to almost the point of snapping, and made my knee swell to over twice it's normal size.
it hurt so bad, i seriously thought i was going to puke.
it ended my football dyas, and essentially, was the injury that ended my in-ring wrestling career after only a year.

Kidney Stones. Multiple ones, and ripped knee cartilage. At the same time. All this in the past few months. I think I win.

Catching my dick in my zipper when I was a kid. No joke. Seems like quite a common injury. I know what it feels like. Yikes!

Catching my dick in my zipper when I was a kid. No joke. Franks and Beans !!! Worst pain for me was the catheter & stitching up right AFTER childbirth. 3 days AFTER childbirth when every freaking muscle on my body hurt & 2 days after my car wreck when my whiplash kicked in. I'm sure childbirth was painful too, but I seem to have blocked that out of my memory. Yay for epidurals

Well, let me see... I've dislocated both knees, broken an ankle, broken a shoulder and collarbone AT THE SAME TIME, had skin peeled from a toe and from the palm of my hand, been unable to move due to back pain on several occasions, and had the mother of all hangovers... but the worst pain I've ever been in was getting my wisdom tooth removed. The tooth was abnormally large first off, and there was a 2 inch cyst underneath it, attached to my jawbone. Which they had to scrape several times in order to remove it. I'll let that sink in. Scraped. Jawbone. And I was anaesthetised. How bad would it've been if I wasn't?

I remember a time when I was playing on concrete and busted my knees really bad. I thought I had broke something. Luckily it was just a really bad bruise.
I think the most painful though was when I had a really bad ankle after playing basketball in the gym. Some guy fell down across my right leg, and my ankle twisted almost completely to the right. I could barely walk the next few days, and had to go to the university physician, which cost me in my grades for a class during finals week. Needless to say, it was physical and mental anguish.

Both legs seizing up every stride in the last two miles of all my marathons completing so far. Hurts so much when my hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles all cramp variously at each stride, but the pursuit of finishing the marathon kinda ignores the brunt of the pain.
Other pain that I did not like were wisdom teeth removal (immediately after surgery and when the novocaine wore off) and constant every now and then twisting of the ankle...some have been minor sprains, but I had two major sprains in both feet, with my left foot getting its revenge early this year.

A few, but I don't actually remember the worst:
1) Broke about 20 bones during birth (I was in the process of turning, so I tried to come out sideways).

I would like to say when I was run over by a garbage truck but I've thankfully blocked out the pain. I remember the events that happened afterward and standing on the leg (thankfully all the muscles were hardly damaged and no bones broken but there was 1/4 of the skin left) and was fairly numb after that. From my left knee down to my ankle I can barely feel anything.

I haven't had any serious injuries. Just played through a football game with a sprained ankle and thumb.

Last time I was on a plane something fruity happened with the cabin pressure on the decent causing an extraordinary pain in one of my eyes. The lower the plane got, the grater the pain became. I was covering it with my hand and could feel fluid pouring out of it, was pretty sure it had burst at this point. The only thing that stopped me screaming was that I didn't want to look like a nut. It hadn't burst but still doesn't focus properly.
