Hmmm, so if the Blob gets even more fat does he become stronger? No, but he does get even more unmovable... Obviously, Kryptonian physiology would be different. If Peter Parker worked out more, Spider-Man might get stronger, but since Petey can actually lift 10 tons, he might have to borrow some dumb-bells from The Thing (or whatever devices Ben uses to keep in shape). I think that Superheroes would only get stronger if they have a smaller, weaker alter ego. For example, Jen Walters started working out in order to fight The Champion & as a result, She-Hulk became enormous & even stronger than she was previously. So the same should apply to the likes of Don Blake & Billy Batson, I would imagine. Yup, kinda what I was saying earlier, thanks for fleshing that out. Though in the cases of Don Blake and Billy Batson, I'm actually not so sure, as both Thor and Captain Marvel are 'magical' entities, their physiology might be different as well. Thor might gain some muscle if Don Blake works out, but I don't think Marvel would at all, since he's primarily Billy's wish fulfillment given form. That said, Billy might could make his Captain Marvel form stronger through sheer force of willpower.

Well, what about supergirl then? Seems like she would be just as built as Superman. Depends on the supergirl, but my guess is you meant the current one. I just imagine Kryptonian female dna is different from male dna. So instead of developing muscle mass you get really, really hot. or if you're Power Girl, you get both.

I am not a comic nerd but Supermans powers have changed up and down over the decades. Not sure how powerful he is currently.
