i thought it said "Tatum Bell steals Rudi Johnson's LANGUAGE". I would hope not, because if Rudi Johnson also talks like that...

You're making assumptions; that the bags had tags on them, that his team mate didn't leave something behind after he was cut and that once the bags were in Bell's possession that Bell rifled through them before dropping them off at this still unnamed woman's home. If we're going that route, wouldn't Bell assume there are security cameras everywhere and that he would be taped taking the items? Why would he risk being blackballed from the NFL (and most likely every other pro football league) and a chance to make hundreds of thousands of dollars in income for a couple of hundred bucks in cash? Go rent "12 Angry Men" sometime if you haven't already seen it,. You'll see what happens when assumptions are made without the evidence to back them. Or "The Ox Bow Incident" Wow, a movie. That'll teach me a lesson. ![::)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/eyesroll.png) But let's look at the facts: Fact #1: Rudi Johnson came to Detroit with the possibility of signing with the team. Fact #2: Chances were that if Johnson signed, Bell would be endevored, which did happen. Fact #3: Bell is seen on tape taking the bags then bringing them to the house of a female aquaintance. Fact #4: Bell was asked by a former teammate to pick up a backpack but made off with 2 Gucci bags instead. Fact #5: When Johnson got his bags back there were items missing including the dude's underwear(why would you want someone elses underwear?), socks, and money. The money didn't just fall away, it was removed form a money clip. Fact #6: Bell took the bags. He brought them to someone elses house. And when the bags went back, items were missing. He's responsible for taking them. So, I don't need to be Juror #3 who's the last holdout(seen the movie like 100 times) to be convinced of the evidence. He took the bags plain and simple. Bell took the bags, that's never been in dispute. All the other facts you cited are all pretty much indisputable, with maybe the exception being confirmation from the formaer team mate as to whether he asked Bell to grab something he left behind. But the bags were not in Bell's possession the entire time they were missing from the Lion's offices. Bell did give then to a woman, who later returned them. It's entirely possible that this woman or Bell's former team mate took the items in question from the bags. I didn't say it was probable or likely, just that it is possible that the story Bell gave is the truth Oh and sorry if I seemed condescending when mentioning the two movies, that was not my intent. I just wanted to plug 2 of my favorite movies that fit the subject ay hand.

Don't sweat it. Not the first time someone told me to refer to a piece of fiction and put it into real life. I put real life into real life. I look at the facts as they're presented to me. It's the cop in me.
