From how Adamle said it, you aren't champion until the match is over. People getting pins during the match won't be winning and losing the title repeatedly.

I'd prefer it better if a pin resulted in you being "in possession" of the belt, and meant you had to start breaking up pinfalls and submissions. Well, I hope that's what it is.

I don't mind a match like this regardless of the rules.

If I haven't misunderstood the whole concept, the one and only recognized title change will be the one at the end of the match, so there will be no "footnote champions" or several title switches during the match.
It's been done before and it's not a bad idea, as long as they don't overdo it, with every move having a 10x damage multiplier...

Did no one watch WM 2000??

WWE.com describes it as if you get a pinfall or submission, the title changes hands, but only the man who has the belt at the end of the 20 minutes will be officially recognised as being a champion - say if JBL has the belt twice, but Punk has it at the end, Punk will officially retain the title, and JBL will still only be a one time WWE Champion and won't have the two "wins" added to his list.
