Jeffrey Laurie, owner of the Eagles, was seen throwing up after realizing his team has totally been forgotten and now realizes that he has been an abject failure as an owner, unlike the "cheapskate" Phillies. You mean Eagles....right??? I have no clue what you're talking about *shifts eyes back and forth*

You mean Eagles....right??? I have no clue what you're talking about *shifts eyes back and forth* Nice try at a save, however....you have also forgotten about the current owners of the 76ers and the Flyers as failures.

I have no clue what you're talking about *shifts eyes back and forth* Nice try at a save, however....you have also forgotten about the current owners of the 76ers and the Flyers as failures. Yeah, but Ed Snider actually has shown some displeasure with losing and both the Flyers and Sixers have made some strides the last couple years (Flyers spending a lot to get top free agents and the Sixers drafting well and signing Brand this off season) to get to a title. Laurie is a Boston transplant who is just pissed Kraft beat him out to the Patriots and only cares about making money so he puts out a good team that will just get close because apparently winning a title costs too much money. As long as that waiting list for season tickets is 20 miles long he'll never do more than necessary to put an adequate team out there. Plus now it has to make him sick that the Phillies beat him to the title when for pretty much this entire decade it's been all about the Eagles. Plus, Laurie showed an utter disrespect to the Phillies organization by A) only acknowledging their success this past Sunday after the game was over with one line on the jumbotron in apparently really small type and B) basically saying, "Well, Boston's already won it's titles, so I guess I can root for the Phillies now." Look, I understand that owners don't always have loyalties to every town in their city, but when another team in your city that you know is starved for a title is having success, you should try to show support, not look at them with contempt especially since your team choked away two prime chances to win and could still if you gave a damn about anything other than money.

I just heard on PTI that Mike Singletary took off his pants and mooned the 49ers during halftime of Sunday's game.

Not only that, he continued his half-time speech with his pants at his ankles.

Not only that, he continued his half-time speech with his pants at his ankles. I hope someone video taped it. I would like to see that for some strange reason.

After formally suspended Larry Johnson one game (Week 10) for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy, the league released a statement that didn't rule out further punishment pending the outcome of L.J.'s court cases.

Hard to believe we are already 8 weeks into the season. We are at the halfway point.
AFC East
New England Patriots 5-2 Buffalo Bills 5-2 New York Jets 4-3 Miami Dolphins 3-4
Looks like a pretty tight divsion at the moment. A bit of a suprise with NE in first.
AFC North
Pittsburgh Steelers 5-2 Baltimore Ravens 4-3 Clevland Browns 3-4 Cincinatti Bengals 0-8
Typical AFC North. Steelers on top with Baltimore getting the default second place as Clev/Cin are AFC jobbers. Clevland isn't too shabby. Bengals get 1 more loss I consider them officially eliminated from the playoffs.
AFC South
Tennesse Titans 7-0 Indianapolis Colts 3-4 Jacksonville Jaguars 3-4 Houston Texans 3-4
Totally lopsided division. Titans leaving everybody in the dust on their way to a #1 seed.
AFC West
Denver Broncos 4-3 San Diego Chargers 3-5 Oakland Raiders 2-5 Kansas City Chiefs 1-6
Another weak division. Denver is looking like they will get first because the other three are sucking. Even the guys on ESPN are starting to pick on the Chargers. Raiders/Chiefs are in their own personal hell.
NFC East
New York Giants 6-1 Washington Redskins 6-2 Dallas Cowboys 5-3 Philadelphia Eagles 4-3
No way did I expect Washington to still be holding second place at the halfway mark. The way things are going in Dallas I wouldn't be suprised if they miss the wildcard.
NFC North
Chicago Bears 4-3 Green Bay Packers 4-3 Minnesota Vikings 3-4 Detroit Lions 0-8
Another close division. Im officially writing off Detroit when they lose 1 more game.
NFC South
Carolina Panthers 6-2 Tampa Bay Bucaneers 5-3 Atlanta Falcons 4-3 New Orleans Saints 4-4
Next to the NFC East, could be the closest division as of this moment.
NFC West
Arizona Cardinals 4-3 Seattle Seahawks 2-5 St Louis Rams 2-5 Sang Fransisco 49rs 2-6
Wow. Rams are in third place!! Probably the worst division of the league. Cardinals win by default and maybe get a homefield in the wildcard.
So as of this moment the playoffs are.
AFC
1 Titans 2 Steelers 3 Patriots 4 Broncos 5 Bills 6 Ravens
NFC
1 Giants 2 Panthers 3 Cardinals 4 Bears 5 Redskins 6 Cowboys
If the playoffs were this weekend I would pick Titans Vs either Giants or Panthers.
