lee evans rules. as for other UK stand ups, i think peter kay is overrated (in terms of stand up, his writing work is underrated if anything), and isn't david mitchell meant to have a stand up tour planned next year, because it would rock to see him do stand up.

Oh yeah, David Mitchell is hilarious. I love Mitchell and Webb. There are a few stellar british comedians out there, shows like Qi, Mock The Week, Buzzcocks etc are a really good showcase for them.
You rarely see Lee Evans doing anything other than stand-up in the UK though, the other comedians are on telly all the time which gives their popularity a lift. I'd love to see Lee Evans on QI or something like that though

As if on cue, IMDb has this in their news section today: Oh wow, thanks man. It'd be interesting now, after apparently the last tour was his retirement tour I've heard.. He could move over there with his family. I think he could have an impressive career in Hollywood.
