I knew what the "Truth & Reconciliation Commission" was but I didn't understand how the gimmick played with it. Did they reject it? I think the Gimmick is that they were South African War Criminals working as mercenaries, something like an racist version of the A-Team. I think the point was, that they didn't care about Reconcilation, only about the Truth. I take it back, it was a stupid gimmick. Although the Commandant was pretty good. All Military Gimmicks are not crap, as Sgt. Slaughter was a military gimmick, and he was over.

I don't remember Tank wearing a mask. Now that I saw it, it seems so out of place.

The Jackyl was a cool character. Like Jim Jones meets Jim Morrison. And he was a heel who wanted to take the WWF from Vince McMahon--nothing ever came of this but it was a cool idea. I wish there was a heel nowadays who wanted to OWN WWE instead of just win the title.

I wish there was a heel nowadays who wanted to OWN WWE instead of just win the title. HHH? Yes, but in a storyline. I think a dictator heel--a wrestler and not a McMahon--who wanted to overthrow Vince. Austin would've been a good guy to do the storyline with. Imagine if he utterly defeated McMahon and his lackeys and all the other heels. With nothing to rebel against, his character--being a sort of Nietzschean Overman--would decide to conquer the WWF and take his enemies' place.

Undertaker was trying to steal the WWF from Vince during the Ministry days, but later he became subservient to Vince and Shane.
And wouldn't they have gone that direction with Kennedy had he not been suspended?

I hate the fact that Vince was The Higher Power, but appreciate it in the sense he would go to great lengths with his family all to get Austin. Jed did an aweomse "Writing The Book" on The Higher Power. Anyway, I would love to see that sorta thing of a heel wanting to take over the WWF. Kinda like Vladimir Lenin or Fidel Castro overthrowing the Russian and Cuban governments. I think if The Jackyl stayed, his role could've grown into trying to usurp Vince McMahon, possibly playing a role in The Ministry.

Funny you should mention this, as I've LONG wanted to see an Animal Farm storyline. The wrestlers eventually get tired of Vince and completely take over his company and decide to run things themselves. Unfortunately, a faction decides to start making the rules and eventually becomes just like the old boss.

Holy crap, is that a young Rhino I see? Yes, yes it is! Typical WWF/WWE formula. Give the jobber the standard goofy offense. A dropkick and have him shake his fists like he's having a caffeine fit. You go back and look at just about ANY big name guy or mid carder and they probably all went through the "arm drag then leap frog and dropkick then get destroyed" faze. It might just be because I know now what he became, but here, Rhyno does look kinda marketable. Maybe they could of had the Truth decide he was worth something mid match and offer him a spot then he turns and destroys the other nobody and he is christened "Rhyno"
