I just bought my first Ipod(actually a Zune) player a few weeks back. I've loaded it with songs, and anything ive downloaded to my computer I've kept in one folder. Well I deleted the folder to save room and the songs have went with it! How do I get this back and keep these songs off my comp, but on my Zune player? Thanks

You have to keep the songs on your computer. Otherwise the player doesn't have them anymore. The song files are the source files and when you update your zune the songs will no longer be on there.

thanks, I guess I'll just put them on cd and do it that way, It'll free up a lot of computer space keeping those off

Huh? I don't know how the Zune works, but I have tons of stuff on my Ipod Classic that has long since dissapeared from my library....

I'm quite please with the Zune. One of the first things that got my attention is that it isn't touch screen-I don't like the idea of touching a screen. Another thing I found out after the fact, is that it has a radio which is very cool. The fact that it is about 50 dollars cheaper helped my decision as well.

The Zune is mostly better than the Ipod, but I had to get an Ipod because MS doesn't tell you that while the Zune is compatible with XP, it is only compatible with certain versions, and mine wasn't one of them.
