Gameplay consists of the player following series of commands issued by the toy from speakers. The toys have multiple inputs including pull-handles, twistable cranks, spinable wheels, toggle-switches, and all versions feature a centrally-located large purple button that may be depressed to start the game. The name Bop It derives from the command to push the central purple button which bears the name of the game.

#21 (11 points)Super SoakerSuper Soaker 4300XL now with jetpackSuper Soaker is a brand of recreational water gun, first sold in 1989, by Larami. The first Super Soaker, the Super Soaker 50, was actually originally called the Power Drencher. Rebranding the name to Super Soaker occurred in 1991 together with a series of TV advertisements, promoting this revolutionary water gun. The first Super Soakers utilized manually pressurized air to shoot water with greater power, range, and accuracy than conventional squirt guns. Super Soakers were popular for many years - so popular, in fact, that the term super soaker is sometimes used generically, to refer to any type of toy pressurized water gun. The Super Soaker was invented by Lonnie Johnson, now of Johnson Research Group.

#20 (12 points)Big WheelsSuper Crazy Wacky Fun Bike!A Big Wheel is a type of tricycle, traditionally made of plastic, with an oversized front wheel, that rides very low to the ground. Introduced by Louis Marx and Company in 1969, the Big Wheel was a very popular toy in the 1970s in the United States, partly because of its low cost and partly because consumer groups said it was a safer alternative to the traditional tricycle or bicycle. The design was quickly imitated, under a variety of brand names. Although Big Wheel was a registered trademark, it was frequently used as a generic name for any toy whose design resembled that of Marx. Marx sold the Big Wheel brand name and molds in the early 1970s to Empire Plastics, makers of the Power Cycle brand, which was Marx's biggest competitor. By the late 1990s, few manufacturers were making these toys, and Empire filed for bankruptcy in 2001. The Big Wheel brand was reintroduced under new ownership in 2003.

It can be an amusing way to pass the time, but I always thought it got old quick.

#19 (13 points)Matchbox CarsMy matches have suddenly transformed into cars!Matchbox is a die cast toy brand currently owned by Mattel, Inc. Matchbox toys were so named because the original models were packed in boxes similar in size and style to boxes of matches. The series became so popular that the Matchbox name was once widely used by the public as a genericized trademark for all die cast toy cars measuring approximately 2.5 inches (6.5 cm) in length, regardless of brand. In the 1970s, Matchbox switched to the more conventional, plastic and cardboard "blister packs" used for other die cast cars such as Hot Wheels, although the box style packaging was re-introduced for the collector market in recent years, particularly successfully with the release of the "35th Anniversary of Superfast" series in 2004. The Matchbox/Lesney factory was a major employer in Homerton, East London, before the company relocated to Rugby in Warwickshire in 1990.

#18 (14 points)The Real Ghostbusters ToysWho you gonna call!...and then open the box, and then play with...GHOSTBUSTERS[SELECTED ARTICLE] The Real Ghostbusters is an Emmy-Nominated American animated television series based on the hit 1984 film Ghostbusters. The series ran from 1986 to 1991, and was produced by Columbia Pictures Television (now Sony Pictures Television), DiC Entertainment and Coca-Cola. "The Real" was added to the title over a dispute with Filmation and its Ghost Busters properties.[1] The series continues the adventures of paranormal investigators Dr. Peter Venkman, Dr. Egon Spengler, Winston Zeddemore, Dr. Ray Stantz, their secretary Janine Melnitz and their mascot ghost Slimer. There also were two ongoing Real Ghostbusters comics, one published monthly by Now Comics in USA and the other published weekly (originally fortnightly) by Marvel Comics in the United Kingdom, and a popular toy line manufactured by Kenner. The series is currently running on Kabillion On Demand.

#17 (15 points)BallWhat kind of ball?, Any kind of ball, I've said ball to many times in this sentenceBalls are objects typically used in games. They are usually spherical but can be ovoid. In most games using balls, the play of the game follows the state of the ball as it is hit, kicked or thrown by players. Balls can also be used for simpler activities, such as catch, marbles and juggling. Balls made from hard-wearing metal are used in engineering applications to provide frictionless bearings, known as ball bearings. Although many types of balls are today made from rubber, this form was unknown outside the Americas until after the voyages of Columbus. The Spanish were the first Europeans to see bouncing rubber balls (albeit solid and not inflated) which were employed most notably in the Mesoamerican ballgame. Balls used in various sports in other parts of the world prior to Columbus were made from other materials such as animal bladders or skins, stuffed with various materials.

#16 (16 points)Star Wars ToysUsing his Jedi mind tricks, all this was free[Star Wars Article] Star Wars is an epic space opera franchise initially conceived by George Lucas. The first film in the franchise was simply titled Star Wars, but later had the subtitle Episode IV: A New Hope added to distinguish it from its sequels and prequels. Star Wars was released on May 25, 1977 by 20th Century Fox, and became a worldwide pop culture phenomenon, spawning two immediate sequels released in three-year intervals. Sixteen years after the release of the trilogy's final film, the first in a new prequel trilogy of films was released, again released in three-year intervals, with the final film released in 2005. As of 2008, the overall box office revenue generated by the six Star Wars films has totalled approximately $4.3 billion, making it the third-highest grossing film series, behind only Harry Potter and James Bond. The franchise has spawned other media including books, television series, video games, and comic books. These supplements to the film trilogies comprise the Star Wars Expanded Universe, and have resulted in significant development of the series' fictional universe. These media kept the franchise going in the interim between the film trilogies. In 2008, Star Wars: The Clone Wars was released to theaters as the first ever worldwide theatrical Star Wars film outside of the main trilogies. It was the franchise's first animated film, and was intended as an introduction to the Expanded Universe series of the same name, a 3D CGI animated series based on a 2003 animated 2D series, also of the same name.

#15 (17 points)Lite-BriteFeatured here a Toy that wasn't on the listLite-Brite allows the artist to create a "glowing" picture. The picture is created by placement of multi-colored translucent plastic pegs through opaque black paper. The light from an illuminated light bulb is blocked by the black paper except though where the pegs conduct the light. When lit, the pegs have an appearance similar to that of LEDs. Most Lite-Brite toys come with a series of pre-prepared patterns. Classic patterns include the "Wizard of Light" (a picture of a wizard with the "Lite-Brite" name above), and the clown.

#14 (18 points)Hot WheelsLEADIN' THE WAY!Hot Wheels are die-cast model vehicles manufactured by Mattel and were introduced on September 7, 1968. Originally the cars and trucks were manufactured to approximately 1:64 scale and designed to be used on associated Hot Wheels track sets, but by 1970 a series of 1:43 scale 'Gran Toros' were introduced and more recently a range of highly detailed adult collector vehicles, including replicas of Formula One and NASCAR cars, have found success. However the brand remains most famous for the small scale free-rolling models of custom hot rods and muscle cars it has produced since the range first appeared. Today, there are roughly 10,000 different models of Hot Wheel Cars.

#13 (19 points)Hungry Hungry HipposThe waiting game sucks, let's play Hungry Hungry HipposThe game is playable by two to four players and is recommended by the manufacturer for children ages 3 - 6. The object of the game is to use the lever on the back of a player's hippo to consume as many of the twenty white plastic marbles on the playing field as possible. Play ends when all of the marbles have been "eaten" by the hippos. The player whose hippo has "eaten" the most marbles wins. The shaking of the lightweight playing field during play, particularly when children are pounding on the levers to make their hippos capture marbles, introduces a strong random element to the game. Winning is often a matter of pure luck and not of skill. In a 1990 short story published in The New Yorker (and sarcastically named after the game), Edward Allen wrote, "The object of the game [is essentially] to press your handle down again and again as fast as you can, with no rhythm, no timing, just slam-slam-slam as your hippo surges out to grab marble after marble from the game surface.

#12 (20 points)Marvel ToysEric Cartman toy in backMarvel Toys (formerly Toy Biz) is the toy division of Marvel Entertainment. Originally, the company produced toys with a license from DC, and later acquired an exclusive contract with Marvel. The Marvel line starting with an X-Men specific line and a Marvel Superheroes line. Later, the company would expand to cover the wrestlers of WCW, as well. When Marvel went bankrupt, Toy Biz jumped in and helped them out by merging with the comics company. Toy Biz would handle the action figure front for Marvel, drastically improving upon the original Superhero and X-Men line's rather low quality of sculpting.
