Because I have a weird sense of humor: "What A Wonder World" by Louis Armstrong. I'm going with this too.

Picture it, asteroids crashing into the Earth, the seas rising, city streets devolve into rivers of running panicked people.
While this plays in the background....

In all seriousness, it's not even a contest. Watch the anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion. Then watch the movie "The End of Evangelion," which is an ending to the series, and actually features the end of the world as part of its plot. Then, you'll know there is simply only one song worthy to be played at the end of the world. And it's called "Komm, Susser Todd." jp.youtube.com/watch?v=cVW7ahL6p9s&feature=related

And in not so seriousness, here's what I think we'd hear and probably sing once we leave this mortal coil and corporal vehicles:

If the end is a kinder, gentler “it’s all good because the end is a new beginning for mankind the I’d go with “Wizards have Landed” by Bill Hicks from Rant In E-Minor
However if the end is an apocalyptic scenario with nuclear war, riots, famine, etc I’d go with “(Smurf) Armageddon this Hell” by Bad Religion
