No way. The bottom would really have to drop out fast for that to happen. That's the third best-selling X-book behind Uncanny and Legacy. Ooh, that reminds me. The new issue of X-Force is out this week. Going to have to get that tomorrow. FYI: X-Force and Cable will be crossing over starting in, I think, May, with a prologue coming out in March. www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=19158Meh, not a HUGE Cable fan, but Domino and Archangel MORE than make up for that distaste. Deadpool's going to be in it too in some capacity. The Cable comic has really grown on me after a slow start. Duane Swierczynski has managed to do something I thought impossible: Make me interested in reading Bishop.

I would love for Iron Patriot to be Steve Rogers, he's brainwashed whilst inside the suit. Eventually he breaks his programming and turns the tables on Norman That is my EXACT idea. The star in the suit keeps him alive like the circle in Stark keeps him from dying. Perfect sense. Great minds and all that. Would be a great twist

Would be a great twist I like the idea except for the fact that it would marry him to the Iron Patriot thing, and when Rogers eventually comes back, he's got to be Cap, accept no substitutes.

I dunno, is Ben Reilly still around? Or Kaine? Madison, I gotta warn ya, if it's Kaine, I riot. Well, there's also a couple of Scarlet Spiders still around, Anti-Venom...hell, it could be a pissed-off Spider-Ham even. I hope that it'll be the real Spider-Ham and not the one that was in the CivilWar tie-in,

And since you guys seem to think the Thunderbolts are the new Avengers, where does that leave the Thunderbolts? Also, no talk about Mutant Zero's true identity? Shame. Oh, we all know that's just Jean Grey back from the dead for the kaquillionth (Copyright) time. As for this... Now that just raises a one more question for me. Who's the dude above Ares?

He could go back to being Cap, of course that would make Bucky the new Iron Patriot by default just like they did with Walker and 'The Cap'n'

And I'll take that. But, either way, this hasn't done anything at all for me regarding Mutant Zero. Didn't care then, don't care now. Probably won't care later.

Bucky Cap Is doin' just fine on his own.

If I may ask an Avenger-related question...(with some spoilers from Ultimatum #2 and Secret Invasion #8)
Man, not a good month for The Wasp, huh? Has any character ever had TWO versions of themselves killed off in two completely unrelated storylines within a month of the books being published? Poor Wasp.....

Has any character ever had TWO versions of themselves killed off in two completely unrelated storylines within a month of the books being published? Poor Wasp..... happened to Northstar once, three times in a month no less. plus Marvel also killed off Freedom Ring after talking about him being a role-model to the gay community. Marvel had to backpedal with Northstar to avoid looking like a bunch of homophobes. as for Wasp, it's not that they killed her, it's that they killed her in stupid throw-away and pointless ways after doing jack all with her character for years and thus making nobody give a excretory matter that she's dead. I mean I thought that her death in Secret Invasion was mishandled and meaningless, but then Jeph Loeb goes and crams the Ultimate version into a (very crowded) fridge and makes what Bendis did look like Eurypedes. also, Madison, please tell me nobody at Marvel thinks that the Dark Avengers' identities are going to be a surprise. that'd be like Lucas thinking that Darth Sidious' identity was secret. all told, though, I am VERY excited about the new Thunderbolts lineup. it won't be the same without Songbird and Radioactive man, but those characters could use a break and I'm super-psyched about Ant-man joining this team. and that Fransesco Mattina guy's covers are a thing of beauty.

Hank Pym seems pretty bummed about it. What if it's so obvious the Dark Avengers are the former T-Bolts that it's not them?

What if it's so obvious the Dark Avengers are the former T-Bolts that it's not them? It's obvious that Tbolts are on the team (it shouldn't be a shock which ones are Venom, Bullseye and Moonstone) but I don't think all these Dark Avengers are Tbolts. And therein lies the surprise(s).
