i lost $100 on online poker and im hungover but other than that im good. i start a 2 week annual leave from work on monday and im going to see TNA live for my first time in a couple of weeks

I rang in then new year dropping $400 on roulette at the casino. Not a good start.
2008 was (for the most part) a very good year for me. I didn't want it to end. But i'm already trying to line things up for me. I got a Disturbed concert with trip to Altantic City in Febuary, I got a Smackdown taping at Mohegan Sun in March, and going to continue to save as much money as I can, as I did last year.
So i'm optimistic right now...

It hasn't been crappy...but boring. I haven't really done anything so far.
As for this year, I'm excited. I have a lot to look forward to.
Events:
Vikings playoff game.
Raw on Jan. 12th
Wrestlemania in April
Vikings next season.
So it looks like this year might be as good as last year was for me.

Yes, the New Years party that I went to was all couples. Usually I enjoy being single but being like the only single person there just really struck a nerve, now I've just been really bummed out about it.

Got doubled charged for a new phone I bought. Went from having $400 in my account to -$150 (after overdraft fees for buying other stuff when I assumed my account was fine).
Currently fighting it. In fact I am about to go to the bank again to check my status (my online banking info has gone missing).

The girl who I was supposed to be going out with didnt let me know what she was doing for new years even though she said she would and on top of that she texted me yesterday afternoon saying she left for NY with her roomate and isnt coming back till sun. But she made sure to ask me if I could pick her up on sun. My massage chair just short circuited. MY vhs-> dvd converter is saying that I cant dub on some brand new cds. Yeah its been sucky for me so far. I need a new job too.

I used my debit card at my dentist's office and I got doubled charged, and it had to activate my overdraft protection and shit. I just emailed the address on my online account page and they emailed me back like an hour later saying they filed a claim on my double charge. Then, like 3 or 4 days later, the 2nd charge vanished and that amount re-appeared in my account. The $10 overdraft fee couldn't be returned though, but that's not that big of a deal, especially since the process went so easily. Hope it works out well for you. |

The casino was flooded with couples, and while I went with my best friend and 2 women (one of which i've been trying to get with for a long time, sadly I think i'm in the 'friend zone' now), being around all those happy couples made me feel lonely. And this is coming from somebody who doesn't really want a relationship right now. Weird, huh? |
