XXXVIII (Pats-Panthers)
That game seriously had everything. Defense, passing, nipple slips...

An undefeated juggernaut versus an underrated underdog, a come-from-behind victory, quite possibly the greatest play in the history of the Super Bowl, and the Patriots losing? Oh hell yeah, 42.

XXXIV was the best football game I've ever seen (Next to Eagles/Pats 2007) XLII was only good for the last Giants drive, but I remember hearing alot of people call it the most boring SB up until that moment I remember XXXIV being back and forth, tense moments throughout, incredible plays everywhere Besides...I'm a hardcore Rams fan!

Super Bowl XXVII
Because those Bills had it coming for them. I hate the Boys, but the Bills deserve it.

I'm biased, but XLII.
Enjoyable from every angle; great defenses, defining play/drive to make it unforgetable and enough storyline to write a novel. I hate watching games where it just turns into a points fest and actually like watching defense and teams using specific strategies to slow down their opponent, so there wasn't a boring moment for me. The final Giants drive played out like a fairy tale and it really felt like good defeated evil as Eli nailed Plax on the slant and go route to go ahead.
XXV was also enjoyable for similar reasons.

Pats/Panthers was incredible, but my vote went to Patriots/Rams for the final drive of the game. Pats/Eagles was good stuff too.
However, even though the Patriots' lost, the Patriots/Giants SuperBowl is what movies are made of. Unbelievable drama (and me screaming in anger) throughout the entire game.

XLII was the best example of defensive football and drama I've seen, but I'm also a fan of XXXIV and XXXVIII in recent years.

I have to go with XXXIV, even though I wasn't a big fan of either team. It was an awesome game from coin toss to Kevin Dyson failing to channel the spirit of Stretch Armstrong.
VII is next, though, because it was Miami's shining moment. Every year, when the last team to be undefeated loses, the original '72 squad has a party and sips on some bubbly. Last year they had to wait until February, but I bet it was sweet to prank call Tom Brady and Bill Belicheck..."See? We win when it counts!...Wait a second, are you breathing okay? Did you swallow something without chewing? It sounds to me like you're...CHOKING!" Then Larry Csonka hangs up the phone and tries not to die from laughter.

Rams-Titans I remember clearly, because we drove by Olive Branch, MS (Steve McNair's hometown) and the whole area was decked out in Titans colors. We were all pulling for McNair to win that Super Bowl.
34, then 25.
I will never put Super Bowl XX in the top of anyone's list; just because Walter Payton never got his TD. Jim McMahon had 2 and even the fat-assed Fridge got one.

Whatever one in the future the Vikings make and actually manage to win.
If that doesn't happen I'll have to say last years was the most exciting one I've ever watched.

Rams-Titans for me. Don't really like either team but it was just a great game. Honorable mention to Bills-Giants.

Super Bowl XLII is currently winning by a considerable margin, which is expected, because it featured an enormous underdog shocking the world, the hated Patriots losing a game, it's freshest in everybody's memory banks and it one of the greatest plays in Super Bowl history.
Now understand that I'm a Patriots fan, so it hurts to even talk about the game, but I'll say this much: it was a grossly boring game. From a pure football standpoint, I couldn't stand it. I've never yawned so much in a deciding championship game in my life. Hell, it was a 7-3 game going into the fourth quarter. And while defensive standoffs might make for some drama, it gets to a point where its just ridiculous. If I remember correctly, here is the drive-by-drive sequence of Super Bowl XLII:
Giants field goal, three and out, three and out, Maroney touchdown run, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, Tyree touchdown catch, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, Moss touchdown catch, three and out, three and out, three and out, Tyree helmet catch, three and out, three and out, three and out, Burress touchdown catch, three and out, three and out, three and out, three and out, Giants final kneeldown.
If you want excitement, look no further than Super Bowl XXXVIII. It had great defense in the early going, with neither team scoring until midway through the second quarter, but then both teams erupted for a combined 24 points in the last 2+ minutes. After a third quarter of back-and-forth defense, it was a shootout in the last minutes, including three different lead changes and two ties in the fourth quarter alone. Plus, it came down to the final ticks of the clock, with Adam Vinatieri banging home a game-winning kick with 0:04 left on the clock. How you can ask for anything better is beyond me.
Also, the team I cheer for happened to win that game. So I'm biased.
But from a non-biased perspective, XXXII was a great game, with John Elway laying it all out on the field to win his first championship, XXXIV was tremendous if only for the last five minutes of the game, and I was surprisingly entertained by XXXVII, despite the lopsided final score. For the most part, it was a close game, with the Raiders making things interesting with an impressive comeback in the fourth quarter, eventually nullified by Derrick Brooks' pick-six.

It comes down to about six for me:
XXXII: John Elway finally gets the monkey off his back and lays it all on the line for his first championship.
XLI: I was just extremely happy to see Peyton win his first.
XXXVIII: Ricky Proehl was the man. Everything was great except for the bad guys winning.
XXXIV: See Super Bowl XXXVIII
XLII: Greatest Super Bowl I've seen in my lifetime. Complete with the team I root for actually winning.
XXV: Greatest Super Bowl I've seen in my life. Complete with the team I root for (at an extremely young age) winning. ;D

XXIII: I'm a Bengals fan. This was the closest they came to winning it all. If Lewis Billups would have held on to that ball on the play before the TD they always show Montana throwing, the Bengals would have a ring.
And, of course, XVI. Ken Anderson should be in the HoF. Very underrated QB.

Super Bowl XXV. The Bills had that game in the bag but...well you know the rest.
Honorable mention: Super Bowl XXVII. Yeah it was a blow out, but it was the first Super Bowl I ever watched, so It holds a special place in my heart.
