As far as the safety goes, CBS had a replay, and Flacco did NOT step out of the endzone. He planted his foot shortly before the line, the crappy angle given during the game made us think he stepped out, but he really didn't.

It read zero for a good second or two before the ball was snapped, and usually the ref clocks are ahead. That was just an awful no-call any way you look at it. But it's NOT the same clock that the refs use. It's practically irrelevant what the on-screen clock says, because it's NOT the same clock as the one used to officiate on plays. Which is why I said that, usually, the ref's clocks are ahead. There's been so many calls in every season/game where the on-screen clock will read zero and the flag is thrown because the ref's clock is actually ahead. Either way, that doesn't take away that this game was horribly officiated, which has been one of the big stories of this season.

Can't wait to see D'Lo Williams tear up the defense.

Either way, that doesn't take away that this game was horribly officiated, which has been one of the big stories of this season. The refs' clocks are often ahead, yes, but not always. There's exceptions to that and this game was an example. But will I agree that the game was generally rather poorly officiated, and there were some iffy calls in favor of the Ravens. Nonetheless, there was a number of plays where the Titans could've gotten called on Holding and it didn't happen. Back to the first point, it's like the people here in Baltimore who complained about Pittsburgh's iffy touchdown against us not long ago--it was our fault that they managed that, because if we had played better defense and hadn't let them through then that would never have come into question.

I'm a pretty big Seahawks fan(my favorite team ahead of the Titans), and I blame Super Bowl XL completely on the refs, Not the Steelers. www.lunaranomalies.com/XL-officiating.htmCheck out all the penalties that should've been called on the Squeelers. One of the dirtiest teams in the league. If they were looking to make a point, constantly insulting the team with petty names like "Stealers" makes them look bitter and extremely biased (as they most likely are) and hurts any credibility they have. Also... That sentence is hilarious. Yeah, obviously. The Steelers defense couldn't have possibly stopped them "if" they were in the "right" place. There's no way to humanly know that the Seahawks would have called the same play or even succeeded with the same play. It's like saying "If so-and-so caught the ball and ran by everyone, then they would've scored. So, the Seahawks were cheated." The "Fifth Possession" was unique as Mack Strong doesn't seem to have the first down from the picture that "proves" he had the first down. If anything, the First Down spot that was given was horribly inaccurate. The ball is down when Mack's knee hits (not shown due to it being in picture form). That's a shoddy argument. So, yes, there was horrible officiating in that game, but the site you listed is just not that good in my opinion. I mean, with lines like "Seattle would have almost certainly scored a touchdown on this drive without the phantom holding call" I can't take it serious as it feels like nothing more than long winded whining from a mad fan who lost money on a bet. I understand having hard feelings against a team when they win a game that is hurt by officiating (No, I'm not sure that the Steelers would have won the game without calls going their way most of the time, but that's life) but declaring that they constantly cheat doesn't seem right. It's like those people who say that the Patriots only won because they taped people. It feels like bitter bias. And that's coming from a Bengals fan.

AAAANNDDDDD the route is on. I want Arizona to win but I expect them to have a bushwhacker Luke performance.
The NFC is the only one right now where I wouldn't mind seeing any of the remaining 4. In the AFC im pulling for Pitts to go all the way.

I hope that "Edge"s complaining hasn't influenced the Cardnials to change their game plan any.
I'm not rooting for anyone, just wanting to see a good game. That first drive though...wow.
