I keep wondering what would have happened if it was WCW who won the ratings war and put WWE out of business. How would that be like? Would the brands be Nitro, Thunder, and WWF? The world would be a better place, I know that much.

TNA wouldn't have a main event roster.

WCW still would have gone out of business. It wasn't the WWF that put WCW out of business, it was TNT and TBS canceling wrestling that put WCW out of business. You can say that alot of fans(as well as wrestlers) had exodus to WWF, so in that sense, WWF did help put WCW out of business.

TNA wouldn't have a main event roster. TNA would be the biggest promotion in the country, headlined by HHH and John Cena. And Ric Flair's last match would probably have been a squash by Jeff Jarrett.

Tonight's Fatal Four Way for the #1 contender's spot would have been a disqualification because all 125 members of the nWo would have interferred due to only having three representatives and then the ring would explode. Then Sting would come down from the ceiling with a baseball bat to save his friend and only non-nWo member in the match Lex Lugar from being completely eaten alive by the b-squad of the nWo. In his closing statements of the program, Tony Schiavone would say "this is unbelieveable" even though it has happened at the end of every Nitro for the last six years.

Eh, why does everyone presume Vince Russo would still be working for WCW?

Considering how terrible the WWE has been the last 7 years, I would've preferred WCW to have won. Then maybe we'd still have pro wrestling and not a third rate variety show targeted towards 8-12 year olds.

This is after Sting teamed with Ric Flair, because he felt that the 23,732nd time was the charm and Flair had really changed.

In my opinion, if the WWF/E went out of business during the Monday Night War, neither company would be around. WCW would still have mis-managed itself out of business in some way, possibly killing the wrestling business as we know.

WWE the last 7 years has been FAR superior to anything WCW put out in 99 or 2000.
