www.stormwrestling.com/122808.html------------------------------------------------------------- Jericho and Punk stole the show with an awesome match. It’s funny how I here so much criticism of Punk because he is very inconsistent in his match quality, but I think that speaks more of his opponent’s ability or willingness to adapt and work to Punk’s style. One of the things I like about Punk is that his style isn’t perfect WWE 101, and when he is in there with guys who can work to his style (Jericho & John Morrison for example) he’s great. I think Jericho deserves so much credit for being able to work any style and continually adapt and have great matches. Remember when Scott Steiner was in WWE a few years back. He had a bunch of bad matches with all kinds of people in WWE yet he had real solid outings with Jericho. I think too often in WWE people see flaws in someone’s work and are content letting those flaws show through and allowing blame to fall on that person for it, but to me a true professional and great worker is the guy who finds a way to adapt hide and highlight what is needed to produce the best match possible and there are very few people in the world better at that than Chris Jericho. The near falls and the drama they created with them in this match were awesome. I was so into this match by the finish. At the beginning of this match I figured Jericho was winning for sure but by the second time Punk started fighting out of the Walls of Jericho I had doubt (awesome job guys). From the Lion Sault attempt on I was buying everything. When Punk finally hit the high kick and rolled to the apron I was actually thinking in my head, “Can they hit the Code Breaker out of a Spring Board?” and when they did I popped huge. Matches like this remind me why I love wrestling. For the last couple minutes of this match I was 100% a fan again. Thanks guys. ------------------------------------------------ Not sure where these guys' spots will be at Wrestlemania and hopefully not put in MITB again, because it would just be a waste of time for them as well as taking up spots for lower level guys.

I don't think I have ever been disappointed by their matches. The two are my WWE favorites, so I might be biased, but I love it when it's a match between them.

Unless something wows me tomorrow night, I'm gonna say this was the best free TV match of the year.

I'd love to see these two have a real feud for a World Title. Draft 'em to Smackdown!

I'd love to see these two have a real feud for a World Title. Draft 'em to Smackdown! CM Punk vs Jericho vs Jeff Hardy vs Edge. My head just exploded at the possibilities.

Send Hunter and Taker to Raw and send those two to Smackdown. Factor in the occasional spat with Umaga and maybe Kennedy if he gets things in order? Get MVP back on track and send him in to motion. Morrison too?! *head 'splodes*

And once again, I'm in full agreement with Lance Storm. Those two guys put on one hell of a match, which as Storm said, Jericho can do with pretty much anyone.

They work well together, but as Storm says, Jericho has good matches with just about everyone.

If HBK can pull of a good match with a broom,I think Jericho could pull off an interesting match with a vacuum.

Storm is 100 percent right about CM Punk. Punk is a good wrestler, but cant carry a bad wrestler to a good match like HBK and Flair can. Jericho has been the best in his career since coming back and turning heel.

I know this wasn't his intention, But its like he is saying the only way for punk to have a great match is being in there with someone and adapts to his style. I know, Every wrestler has to have that. But can punk adapt to other wrestlers style week after week? If not his feuds will be with the same 2 or 3 wrestlers. I always thought storm liked punk.
