At first I thought it was a big change, then I realized that it just looked like a closer shot.

We're moaning about his hair being different... IWC = Never Happy What? You mean to tell me if they gave Hogan cornrows you'd be okay with that? Seriously, I thought this game we'd actually get bald Hogan. Seriously the last time I saw a Bald hogan was WCW vs. nWo world tour Hell I'd much prefer the du-rag than the thick head of hair the hulkster is spotting, maybe put him in white, and he 'd be Thunderlips. But that's not the Hogan that was at wrestlemania. That's Thunderlips

As usual, wrestlers in THQ games have a much better muscular tone/definition they have ever had in real life. But regardless of that, those screenshots look awesome. I REALLY hope the PC version hasn't been scrapped yeah! i mean lookit that Jern merrison guy! he don't look half that perty in real life! but yeah i agree... remember JBL and his six-pack ...and Matt Hardy's

I hope they didn't take out the original Hulk hairstyle completely, I'll need it to build Earthquake.

If they're more interested in making the wrestlers look their physical bests than accurately portraying the time frame than they might as well make Andre 100 pounds lighter, sans singlet and with an afro.

in the legends of wresling games hogan was never bald either..but the 'rag on is head would be better than giving him a full head of air

Hogan looks okay, but heres a better question:
Is Warrior, Honky, Savage or Dusty going to be in it?

Someone mentioned how the IWC was never happy , (I am to lazy to quote it) I would like to just put a random thought out there. I have found myself enjoying the WWE less and less lately and I know some of this is the passing of time and the new wrestlers that are coming in which pushes the old guys past their prime out. Don't get me wrong Flair needed to retire. Vader, Sid, Beefcake, Valentine all of them need to be done but... On a Game like this I am more then happy to play the characters as i best remember them. For some on this forum it may be they never really knew anything but Hollywood Hogan due to their age but for me My favorite memories of Hulk Hogan were when he was still mobile, had hair, and looked every bit of the part of the vitamin eating, prayer saying 24" python posing bad ass.
Because this is a Video game and not a biography, I am more then willing to understand that some realistic sacrifices need to be made so we can enjoy the game rather then have it be perfectly accurate historically. By nearly everyone's accounts this seems to be a well anticipated game. Can't we see what it actually looks like before we fight about it and maybe just maybe not take it as the wrestling bible and just enjoy it for the fun it may provide?

It's gotta be how I remembered it! ZOMG!!!!! My honest answer: Of course. I am psyched to see how the game turns out, and am looking forward to import guys from Smackdown Vs. RAW 2009 so I can have an Ultimate Warrior/Batista match. I don't know why, but I think that'd be an awesome match to have.

www.gamesradar.com/ps3/wwe-legends-of-wrestlemania/preview/3-reasons-wwe-legends-of-wrestlemania-bodyslams-your-expectations/a-2008122212525227054/g-20080506165946332026That's the article I'll be using for my questioning of the concept of Randy Savage being in it. It's a pretty decent preview. Okay so we know about the Wrestlemania Tour Mode in the game right? Well if not let me quote that section. (I will embolden certain parts that is relevent. Now Savage was in the main event of both Mania 4 and 5, and and in the above mode you go through those Manias, playing as both the winner and the loser depending on the setting I guess. So this would mean that Savage has to been in the game. Not to mention Dibiase. Now unless you can put forth a match from those to Manias that would be considered the Main Event over Dibiase vs Savage and Hogan vs Savage I'd love to see it. In addition if you go through the first 15 Main Events that means , we should also be getting these: WM1: Hulk Hogan and Mr. T vs Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff (This one I see them getting rid of T and Orndorff) WM2: Hulk Hogan vs King Kong Bundy in a Steel Cage WM3: Hulk Hogan vs Andre the Giant WM4: Randy Savage vs Ted DiBiase for Vacated WWF title WM5: Randy Savage vs Hulk Hogan WM6: Hulk Hogan vs Ultimate Warrior WM7: Sgt. Slaughter vs Hulk Hogan WM8: Hulk Hogan vs Sid WM9: Bret Hart vs Yokozuna AND Yokozuna vs Hulk Hogan WM10: Yokozuna vs Bret Hart WM11: Lawrence Taylor vs Bam Bam Bigelow (How does this one work? Taylor? Or do we get Diesel, and they call the title match the Main Event?) WM12: Bret Hart vs Shawn Michaels in a 60-minute Iron Man match WM13: Sid vs Undertaker in a no-DQ match WM14: Shawn Michaels vs Steve Austin WM15: The Rock vs Steve Austin Sorry if this is old, but I haven't seen this evidence posted yet. So what say you all? And another thing I like about this game, and it's a small detail is amount of detail in puttin gyou back in that time frame. Check out the t-shirts on the audience members in this pic: xbox360.ign.com/dor/objects/14252212/wwe-legends-of-wrestlemania/images/wwe-legends-of-wrestlemania-20081222014227148.html?page=mediaFull

I don't like that The Rock is wearing his belt. The Rock in his prime never wore his title belts. He carried them, almost dragging them along the floor.

Why are they wrestling in an arena that says "Legends of Wrestlemania?"

I hope to god we get Savage, but I really wouldn't be surprised if the WM IV main event in the game ended up being a Hogan/Andre re-match, or, even less logical, Hogan/DiBiase.

Where is Austin knee Brace? They went for a 96-97 era Austin.
