Spots are supposed to have story to them. Spots aren't always supposed to be about moves, and the reason why it seems like we've seen "everything" is because we've seen all the moves, but the moves have had little story behind them.
I'd like to see alot of spots that are significant because of an underlying story among them.
-Wrestler A and wrestler B are fighting outside the ring, and wrestler B exposes the concrete floor and attemps a piledriver on the floor, but It's reversed. Wrestler A injures his leg in the process but wrestler B is down and wrestler A makes it back in the ring. Wrestler A has an injured leg and is crawling up a ladder slowly first, but he's holding a chair. Wrestler B climbs up the ladder quickly. Wrestler A hits wrestler B with the chair to the face and wrestler B falls. Wrestler A keeps climbing but wrestler B gets back up, and climbs again and meets him, and wrestler A hits him with the chair again and wrestler B falls again as wrestler A climbs higher up the ladder. Wrestler B then runs up another ladder to catch up quickly, but runs right into another chair shot to the face, and falls out side the ring. Wrestler A reaches the top of the ladder but wrestler B does a springboard dropkick and the ladder goes falling with wrestler A lands on the outside, right on the concrete floor that was set up earlier.
They should do things like this. Not just a run-up-a-ladder spot, and a chairshot spot, a concrete floor spot, and a springboard spot.

How is that move called when John Morrison does a kick to the head of someone on the turnbuckle? This could work out very good in a ladder match, especially if the other guy is kicked clean off the ladder and crashes into a table.

Got another one: The guy on the mat starts bouncing and shaking around, screaming "Oh my god...it's an earthquake!! EARTHQUAKE!!!!" The guy on top of the ladder gets scared, jumps down, runs up the aisle and stands in the entranceway for safety. The other guy runs up the ladder and grabs the belt. sounds like something tna would have done with scared Eric Young

This actually got me to thinking... how come when WWE stages events in the backstage area, like vehicular destruction and some other spots it always looks so campy and cheesy? I'm sure with their production team they could reproduce something like that clip, and really add a new sense of brutality to some feuds.

I mean most storylines advance on the mic or in the ring, and all the big spots happen backstage. I know Austin getting hit by a car was backstage, but you cant really do more with that then they did. Also having something happen in the back just kinda feels cheap. Anyone can film something like that but what makes wrestling a big deal is that they do it out in front of the crowd. I had a much better and thought out explanation but Im about to lay down... ...what? I really did...

How about one of them takes the ladder to the entrance ramp, and starts painting, and turns the sign from XXV into XXVI. He then walks back to the ring, says "Guys, you still here? It's been a year, you can't cash the title in anymore!", the rest of the wrestlers look at the newly painted sign, and walk to the back, leaving the painter to climb up and get the belt unchallenged.

How about Kane uses the fire that came out of the ladders in the MiTB match at WM 21 to burn someone? Like he uses it like a flamethrower.

I always wanted the see-saw spot to fire someone out of the ring and through a table - or into the fans, but only the original ECW would be stupid enough to do that. I believe I've seen someone in CZW do that. It was like a 6 man Jr. Heavyweight Title Match. With some guy named Heretic.
