I elieve it to be true when Steph said that they want to make everyone a main eventer because that's where the money is. I just got dome mentioning that in another thread before i even read what Steph said.
However, I don't believe that no one from management tells anyone to get bigger. I remember seeing JR tell a guy who was trying out for WWE that he needs to work on his arms, and make them bigger.

Stephanie is a much better spokesperson for the company than Vince. She comes across as intelligent and composed; he comes across as evasive and defensive.

Vince could not have looked any worse, even if they didn't even interview him and just buried him.
The idea that they want everyone to be a main eventer goes back to the idea of opportunity. Everybody wrestling right now in WWE has the opportunity to make it big. Some get bigger chances then others, and it's certainly not equal. But if you keep putting on good matches, and pushing yourself, then you will get a push.

After reading both interviews, I have to say I'm very impressed with Steph. I found myself laughing at the way she rolled with the punches.
Vince, however, comes across an even bigger asshole than people say he is, wrapped up in his own little world in which everyone is either beneath him or out to get him.
