He has a gimmick that he works at carnivals and speaks like Snoop Dog did circa 94-04. I didnt expect as much from him as some did. Alright, just to end this stupid comparison once and for all: Snoop speak: For shizzle, dizzle. Kizarny: Fizor sizure, dizog. IT'S NOT SNOOP SPEAK! Not true at all. You took a small segment of snoop speak. Its pretty prevelant throughout many of his songs The origins of '-iz' spawn from the postwar harlem renaissance when little black girls used to stand on the street and jump rope, making up nursery rhymes on the fly. Sometimes the words wouldn't fit the measure and so they would use '-iz', or doubling letters or syllables in words to make it fit the measure. Early musical uses of the izz infixes came from funk musician Frankie Smith's 1981 hit single "The Double Dutch Bus". The song's bridge contained numerous uses, such as "gizzirl", "whizzat", "mizzove", and "wizzay" (for "girl", "what", "move", and "way", respectively). It also used ilz infixes in a set of names, like "Bilzarbra", "Tilzommy", and "Milzary" ("Barbara", "Tommy", and "Mary"). In fact Snoop Dogg samples Frankie Smith's version of "The Double-Dutch Bus" in his song "Snoop Dogg". Smith's 1981 album Children of Tomorrow also contained a song entitled "Slang Thang (Slizang Thizang)", which outlined the rules for speaking in this manner. But earlier, The Icemen do "(My Girl) She's A Fox" (Samar 1966) featuring Jimi Hendrix on guitar, and Lonnie Youngblood. The song closes with the Iceman singing "She's a fizzox" several times over. The song is really a remake of The Impressions "Gypsy Woman" with new lyrics.[3] The 1985 song "Roxanne Roxanne" by UTFO used the izz infixes with lines like: "The izzi is the grizzeat Kizzangizzo" and "Then crizzi to gizzone and seen number izzone". Rapper E-40 was not the first to record the -izzle suffix, but he is known to be the first to record the similar suffix -eezy in his 1996 album Tha Hall Of Game. His song "Rappers Ball" contains the line "We off the heezy fo'sheezy." His song "Records Haters" contains the line "3X Krazy laced me, taught me how to say fo'sheezy." From 1991, the song "Playground" by rap/R&B group Another Bad Creation also used izz infixes in the line: "M to the Izzark chillin' in the pizzark ... mother said be home by dizzark." Bay Area rappers Seagram and Gangsta P are famous for recording the 1993 song "Straight Mobbin'", which is performed entirely with izz and izzle words (except for the memorable line: "White folks tryin' to get up on the convo"). Snoop's first recorded use of this technique came in Dr. Dre's 1992 album, The Chronic in the opener, "The Chronic (Intro)" and was later popularized through his 2000 single "Snoop Dogg (What's My Name, Part 2)". A few examples are "That crazy 40 year old still lives in his mother's hizzouse," "Well if that kid can't swim...well she bound to drizzown!" and "Peace to my **** Drizzay" by Dr. Dre. Its usage didn't reach high pop culture status until Jay-Z's 2001 song "Izzo (H.O.V.A.)".

They should have made him abit more twisted.
Think debuting Mankind. Hell Undertaker isn't doing much. They could have done Mankind + Taker v2.

It was what it was, a first TV match. Probably jitters to a degree, probably some nerves. Hopefully no one (I haven't read through this thread) is really laying down a concrete judgment on the guy after one match. He needs a few weeks to get his legs under him. I did like his finisher FWIW.

I did like his finisher FWIW. Some have, but honestly he's going to need a new finisher. Doesn't seem at all effective if he's going to be a threat. Honestly I'm already soured on the guy from his promos with the talk that he does, it's really annoying. Maybe he'll have a better outing next week or the week after, but geez not a good way to start off.

One thing I did like about him was the way he seemed to greet everything with sort of a child-like wonder. The ring, the crowd, everything. Really what you would expect from someone that has dedicated their life to the such an endeavour as the carnival.

He needs to roll the Tellula Belle over into a submission if it's not going to be more impactful. I was also expecting him to have some kind of manager or valet, like a sword swallower or the Bearded Lady. Never in my life have I seen just ONE carny in a particluar place. They can do a lot more with his entrance. When he comes out, I should feel like I'm at the damn freak show! Maybe have a ringmaster introduce him or something. Or one of those people that screams "Hurry, hurry, hurry! Come one, come all!"
It just seems like they didn't put much effort into this character.

The Smackdown crowd didn't help either, I dunno what it is but Smackdown seems to get the most rubbish crowds ever

Kennedy as ringmaster, Kizarny, plus WWE Tag Champions Khaliswoggle. There. I just made the worst faction in wrestling history, and Kizarny is the best of all of it. Give him some time. He had a good moveset, good understanding of his character. I agree the finisher would look better if he did the DDT/butterfly lock combo, but that would probably be a better heel move than face move. Make the lock look like death, since the opponent is already out from the DDT. If Edge didn't use the old Implant DDT, I'd say give that to the new guy if he's a face.

I'll admit, I was underwhelmed, and I was really excited to see Kizarny. I just think the character is fascinating, and he maybe one of the few babyfaces that has extra dimensions about them. Usually, it's heels that are more 3 dimensional, but I think they could really do something with this gimmick.

I didn't see Smackdown, but I found the video on YouTube:
He still reminds me of Jericho back in WCW with that haircut. I was expecting more from his entrance than him holding out his arms like an airplane and spinning around. Couldn't they find a bearded lady, juggler, flame-eaters, or maybe some of the old Oddities to escort him to the ring? That cover after his finishing move just looked bizzare... and not in a good way.

I think he should have had Steamboat's firebreathing gimmick as well as James Mitchell. Would have been over as hell.
