Just give it time, people.
I've been saying this since Ryder and Deadweight started using their real names.
Zack Ryder will be carrying this company in 10 years. And.........(say it with me) YOU KNOW IT!!! WOO WOO WOOOO!!!

OK, I'm sorry. What is the deal with all these catchphrases? Did Ryder suddenly develop a personality or something?
Seriously, what did I miss?

OK, I'm sorry. What is the deal with all these catchphrases? Did Ryder suddenly develop a personality or something? Seriously, what did I miss? Zack Ryder has become, for all intents and purposes, a cast member of the Dirt Sheet. On said show, he coined the catchphrases "You know it!", "Clap it up!", and the most famous of them, "WOO WOO WOOOO!!!" And......he seems to have found a space between "Winner" and "Loser" in the eyes of Miz and Morrison. But, it's probably not going anywhere.

Also they should turn him and Hawkins face, just so when Hawkins is placed in some lame chinlock, Ryder can encourage the fans to "Clap it up!".

Not their real names, but still... WOO WOO WEE WOO WOO! Oh, who cares if it's not really their real names. ...although, I'd hate Curt Hawkins less if his real name really was Deadweight McGee.

Meh...
Snitsky is gone, Braden Walker is gone, so we needed another borderline useless guy as WrestleCrap Hero and Fad of the Year...
How long before the Woo Woo Woo thing gets old? To me that's just like Ron Simmons saying DAMN! every week on RAW. Funny the first time around, fitting on some occasions, but random and unnecessary most of the time.
Until Ryder and Hawkins develop a REAL personality, or are given a gimmick (different than "we kinda look like Edge") I won't change my mind on them. Boring and bland.

I wanna see Ryder get a quasi E&C/Rob Van Dam gimmick. Like a blend of reeking of awesome Edge and the stoner-type stuff RVD did on TV on occassion, only the latter would be toned down to keep it PG. Having Hawkins then be the straight faced partner or slowly become the same could be entertaining.

I think this thing has potential if they start using it on TV. Ryder as the annoying guy that thinks he's cool when really he isn't while Hawkins tries to play the super serious person who always gets embarrassed by his partners antics. I'm not saying it's the greatest two characters ever but it's something to set them on the road and they can then see how it developes. They could feud with the Colons. Hawkins tries to muscle in on their relationship with the Bella twins, and just as it looks like he's getting somewhere, Ryder will always ruin the situation by giving it a giant 'YOU KNOW IT, WOO WOO WOO!'. I think it could be good, and a pretty decent feud could spawn.

Ever since I've heard the "Clap it up!" phrase I've been determined to find a way to work it into RL at some point.

Which Dirt Sheet?
I think that Morrison and Miz could take in someone and help them get over to.
