On to Round 16 ....
In the event of a tie both will carry on to the next day to meet some other challenger. I will try and vary the sources from comics to TV show characters.
I'm also going to add a bit of story to this to make it interesting, it's still a favorite poll but it's going to have continuity!
I will happily take requests for future opponents. But in the meantime we have to continue the story ...
--------------------------------------
*Previously Deadpool was staring down the mass and power of an enranged Doomsday*
Deadpool: Ok think quick ... I know!
*Deadpool drops a grenade on the floor which detonates creating a large hole through which Doomsday falls. We then hear sounds of the planet residents being terroised.*
Deadpool: phew ... close one, but I could have taken him, now then ....
*Vssst ... the picture goes blank.*
Voice: Is there anything else on apart from this guy, I need balance in my TV schedule!!
Will we change to a different story, for balance?
Deadpool
Nicknamed the "Merc with a Mouth", Deadpool is a high-tech mercenary known for his wisecracks, black humor, and pop-culture humor. Like the X-Men's Wolverine, Deadpool is the product of the Canadian government's paramilitary Weapon X program. After Weapon X cured his terminal cancer by implementing a regenerative "healing factor" extracted from Wolverine, Deadpool is left disfigured and mentally unstable, has a portable teleportation device, and is a crack shot with various weapons. He also has a telepathic immunity and is an exceptionally good martial arts fighter having gone toe to toe with Ironfist, Taskmaster and Wolverine and winning. Deadpool is one of few Marvel comic book characters that have regularly broken the "fourth wall" and called attention to his nature as a comic book character. Marvel has officially referred to this as Deadpool's "comic awareness," a play on Captain Marvel's "cosmic awareness." In the past he teamed up and taken on a variety of marvel characters ranging from the Great Lake Avengers to Death herself. Notably he teamed with Cable in a series together but after that partnership split he has been mostly solo although recently he has picked up a sidekick in the form of Bob, Agent of HYDRA.
vs
The Living Tribunal
The Living Tribunal is a virtually omnipotent entity empowered by the One-Above-All to oversee and maintain balance in the realities that constitute the Multiverse, from the mainstream universe (616) to all the alternate realities (e.g., What If) and pocket universes (e.g., Earth X). The Living Tribunal only appears when needed, such as when passing judgment on Earth; monitoring the actions of other cosmic beings; or acting as a referee on matters affecting an entire universe. The Living Tribunal's power is apparently limitless, as the entity is capable of nullifying the combined power of the Infinity Gems. The entity has only been surpassed once - when Thanos of Titan becomes one with the entire universe through the use of an artifact called the Heart of the Universe and even the Living Tribunal was apparently powerless to stop him. The Living Tribunal has three faces, although only one is fully visible, with the other two being partially and completely covered. The three faces represent Equity, Vengeance, and Necessity, respectively, and correspond to the different prime cosmic beings in all universes. The fourth side of the Living Tribunal's head is a void. The Tribunal revealed the previously completely covered face of Necessity to She-Hulk as a reflection of her own face, stating that the face is a "Cosmic Mirror which reminds us to always judge others as we would have ourselves judged.
