Round 20 and its a bit of a battle royal.
In the event of a tie both will carry on to the next day to meet some other challenger. I will try and vary the sources from comics to TV show characters.
I'm also going to add a bit of story to this to make it interesting, it's still a favorite poll but it's going to have continuity!
I will happily take requests for future opponents. But in the meantime we have to continue the story ...

*Last time Azrael had some information for Rorschach and asked for him to follow him.*
Rorschach: No, I do not know you and I can find the truth myself get out of my way.
Azrael: Very well
*In a cloud of smoke Azrael is gone, as the cloud disperses a group of people have converged on the rooftop*
Man: There he is, he's the one who lost Stilt-Mans groceries. Get Him!
*Can Rorschach fend off this angry group of super villains?*
Rorschach
Rorschach was created by Watchmen writer Alan Moore with artist Dave Gibbons but, as with most of the central characters in the series, he was an analog for a Charlton Comics character, in this case The Question. Moore has said that the character's real name, Walter Kovacs, was inspired by Ditko's tendency to give his characters names beginning with the letter K. In an interview for the BBC's Comics Britannia, Moore stated that Rorschach was created as a way of exploring how an archetypical Batman-type character—-a driven, vengeance-fueled, vigilante—-would be like in the real world. He concluded that the short answer was "a nutcase". Wearing the mask that displays a constantly morphing inkblot, which he considers his "true face", Rorschach has continued his one-man battle against crime long after superheroes have become both detested and illegal. Rorschach’s actions and journal writings display a belief in moral absolutism and moral objectivism, where good and evil are clearly defined and evil must be violently punished. He has alienated himself from the rest of society to achieve these aims. Politically, he is an anti-communist, anti-liberal, and strong nationalist. Rorschach is described by Alan Moore as an extremely right-wing character. Rorschach uses any and all weapons that are available at the time, such as pepper to blind a police officer and the use of hairspray in combination with a match to set fire to another police officer, as well as Moloch's house. He owns a gas-powered grappling gun, which he uses to climb buildings. Rorschach is well versed in street combat, and traditional boxing. In the course of the limited series he demonstrated the ability to best multiple armed assailants with little difficulty. Rorschach demonstrated that he was relatively indifferent to physical pain and discomfort. Due to his time in juvenile detention facilities and group homes as a child he is as street savvy as any criminal. Rorschach also demonstrated the ability to break into a variety of locked buildings and homes, suggesting the expertise of a master thief. Rorschach has been described as "tactically brilliant, and unpredictable" by Nite Owl.
vs
Harry Kane aka Hurricane
Hurricane (Harry Kane) was an enemy of the Two-Gun Kid and had super speed gained from drinking an Indian shaman's potion, which enabled him to outdraw many of his opponents in a gun fight. He fought the Two-Gun Kid several times, but was ultimately defeated each time. Later, the time travelling West Coast Avengers battled Hurricane and the group of outlaws he belonged to.
vs
Jinx
Jinx is an East Indian elemental sorceress whose powers include the ability to command elements such as air, the manipulation of magical energy that she can manifest as offensive force bolts and green flame, the ability to dissolve matter, and create ground tremors. Jinx is bald and very slender. She traditionally wears only a white two-piece loincloth bikini with golden jewelry, and she is always barefoot. A frequent enemy of Superman, Teen Titans and the Outsiders.
vs
The Blob
A mutant, the Blob claims to be unmovable. He possesses an extreme amount of pliable body mass, which grants him superhuman strength and his own gravitational pull. Possessing the mindset of a bully, he mostly uses his powers for petty crime and as a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants and Freedom Force. He is one of the most prominent, long-running mutants to be de-powered as a result of the Decimation storyline.
