Jason Garrison is just BEGGING to be pimp slapped in the face. He looks a little like Crash mixed with some douchebag. Walsh looks like a serial killer.

These two are brothers. Why they changed one name is kind of weird. Real name: Taylor Rotunda Windham looks like Bobby Dempsey. And who names their son after someone they used to work with?

Wow.... After scrolling down that page, I am underwhelmed. It's a testament to WWE developmental being soo soo formulaic. They are trying so hard to create the next Randy Orton or John Cena that they are only interested in guys with a very specific, weight, build and handsom-ish look. There are a few people that don't fit that mold (Windham Rotunda, Sweet Papi, etc.) But almost everyone on that roster looks more like an Abercrombie model than a pro wrestler. What drew me to pro wrestling long ago was the slew of over the top personalities and looks. Jake the Snake, Kamala, Big John Studd, Big Bossman. None of them looked like the next Hulk Hogan but they were what made wrestling exciting. Variety. So many wrestlers have a generic look and personality now. Cody, Ted, etc. Many wrestlers have come in and gone nowhere fast... DH Smith, Drew McIntyre, Paul Burchill, Gavin Spears,.... it just seems like the WWE hires based on a strict criteria..not based on potential star power or interest. By the way.... Windham Rotunda looks like a fat fan and the look he is making is like a fan getting his picture taken next to a washed up 80s star at a convention. All terrific points.

HOw the hell does Lupe stil have a job? And Stu Sanders is a much better name than Lawrence Knight Jason Garrison is just BEGGING to be pimp slapped in the face. He looks a little like Crash mixed with some douchebag. Walsh looks like a serial killer. Jason Garrison used to be Gavin Garrison in OVW and I do enjoy his work.

Just get Jeff Dunham in there to shove his arm up Sweet Papi Sanchez ass, and the illusion will be complete.

I know of Ted Dibase having two son Ted Jr and Mike(mikes older and named after Ted Sr,s dad). I heard Mike was in FCW. Was Mike,s first name changed to Brett or is this a new Dibase kid I was not aware of(or is it a non related guy they just gave the Dibase last name for that matter)?

Brett is Mike and Ted's brother.
Out of those, I'd bring SOS and Drew up right now, and probably Lawrence too. And Wesley Holliday, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Mike's not in FCW, he's still in the Indies, I'm not sure where the rumor that he was down there (which seemed to spread pretty quickly) started to begin with. He's been holding the NWA North American Championship for quite some time now I believe.

So, I'm guessing these guys are a tag team. Are they called 'Generic White Dudes With Trendy Tribal Tattoos'? It's kinda catchy.

Can someone please explain the claim that the FCW roster is too generic as far as their appearence goes?
I mean (to my eyes, at least) none of them look that much like each other; their different faces, hairstyles, etc are a dead give-away.
Seriously, iz it cuz dey iz white, innit?

If the poster meant by "Generic" that they look like a cast from any of the past 12 seasons of "The Real World" then I agree.

I think a lot of the problem is in how they were photographed. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together would of probably had some of them wear hats, or shirts, or SOMETHING. Though, I do find it hilarious when people bitch about WWE hiring guys based on looks, then pisses and moans about a roster they've never even seen wrestle. Jericho had a word for this sort of thing, but, gosh darn it, I can't seem to recall it....

In partial defense to WWE hiring and grooming a seemingly endless row of Orton lookalikes, it has to be said that it's not WWE's fault if the "Orton look" is the most common among young, well-built guys who are trying to make it in the wrestling business...
Of course WWE should put a bit more of effort into differentiating their "superstars", ESPECIALLY when they all look way too similar if presented in black trunks, crew cut and tribal tats, with a preppy-silly ring name as the icing on the cake.
If two guys look alike, isn't it smart coming up with an idea to help people telling who's A and who's B?
That was my main issue during my short-lived attempt to watch TNA: if the 6 guys in the ring are basically the SAME basic "young athletic decent-looking man" just with a different ring name and attire (ie black trunks v red trunks etc), how can I care?

And I think thats an issue right now. During the WWE's boom period of the attitude era it wasnt tough to differentiate between Austin, Rock, Foley, Taker, Triple H and the others on the roster near or at the top of the card. And while I dont think its super pressing now as there is still a mix of different looks near the top now in the FCW and the undercard are a sign of the future it looks quite redundant. And not even from just a looks perspective.

Sucks Black Pain dropped the mask, hopefully they'll change their mind before bumping him onto the roster, since while he isn't Lashley babyfaced, he's getting there.
