Hey what is the best way to find some old threads from 2008? I tried to search for them but they didn't come up. Does that mean they some how got deleted?
Is there a better way to find them?

Did you try the archives on the main page of the forum, near the bottom? A lot of threads go there each year.

Why is it?
Let's say, I'm in a 6 page thread on page 3 of a certain forum, and I read it from page 1 on. Once I finish reading page 1, I type in page 2, and read on and so forth through to page 6.
Once I get done reading it, I want to go back to page 3 instead of clicking on the forum name and going back to the first page, so I go up to the back button at the top of the browser page.
Once I click on that, it takes me to the bottom of the previous page. Once I get back to the first page, when I click the back button, it should take me back to the main forum page, but it doesn't; it only takes me to the top of the first page.
Why is this? On all the forums I post on, this is the only one that I've experienced this on.

I have another question, this one about which forum to post something in.
I had an Undertaker related question, somewhat tied to his WM winning streak.
Since it started pre-Attitude era but is obviously continuing to this day, would it be better to put it in the current WWE forum? Or the Wrest of Wrestling, since it started pre-1997?

If you're talking about the streak in general, it should probably go into WWE Current. If you're talking about specific matches that Taker had before WM13, it would go into (W)Rest.

correct - as it's a recurring, ongoing storyline, generalities about it are current, specific matches are wrest.

OK, I have a sig question. I've seen a few where the picture has negative space, rather than being a square or rectangle. See metylerca above me. What am I missing, that I can't do that?

I just saved mine as a .png file. It makes the actual picture transparent if you have a white background or no background at all (if you decided to do so in photoshop).

I just went over the Rules/FAQ and didn't see where it said that we can't mention former members. Is this more of an unspoken rule, or am I blind?

I just went over the Rules/FAQ and didn't see where it said that we can't mention former members. Is this more of an unspoken rule, or am I blind? It's an unspoken rule; in such I mean we don't include it with the warnable/bannable rules, thus it's not on the list. People will often ask whatever happened to a poster that isn't around anymore, and I don't see the need of warning *that* poster for not knowing what happened. Also, it gives us just a tad bit of leeway for certain things, such as what happened last night. Generally though, it's (unofficially) discouraged and we'll usually lock or delete references to banned members simply because we don't want to give them any attention.

Is there an easy way to quote parts of a thread and respond to individual sections as opposed to quoting the entire thing?

Milkman, this may be obvious and not helpful, but you can copy text from a post and then paste it to your message. Right before this text you can type in

A random question that always bugged me but I never asked yet: are we allowed to post pictures of pieces of art that show nudity?
For example, would Michelangelo's David be okay?
