Can I ask the thought process on Mods being able to block messages from members? I went to contact one based on a public statement they made and Tapatalk tells me nunt uh recipient doesn’t exist or they have blocked you.

Is there a rule on using any kind of AI or chatbot for writing post? It’s going to happen sooner or later. Maybe get a ruling before it becomes an issue.

something we'll look into, in the past we've squished bots pretty quickly but those were mainly spam

As someone who tries to avoid spoilers where do reports of interest/signings fall? There's a big thread on the WWE section that in the title expresses interest in a big name and even the order of importance.

Obviously it's no issue if a company announces a signing themselves, but if they mean for something to be a surprise then I feel that should be respected for those who want it. Poster speculation is different than reporting. "Man it'd be cool to have so and so in WWE/AEW" is one thing but things are tipped in threads that only tangentially relate (live threads etc).

Purely anecdotal but it used to be better. Had no clue Styles/Nak were going to come in 2016 and it was a huge shock when AJ came into the Rumble. When Edge returned in 2020 it was the opposite despite trying to avoid any threads of backstage reports or signings. It's not a huge deal but I shouldn't have to avoid the forum entirely if I want to see a surprise debut/return.

Literally just made one of those exhaling sounds through my mouth as I try to think of the best thing to tell you. It's one of those fine line things, spoilers.

My logic would personally be for people to use spoiler tags in any thread not specifically about that topic, and for a thread on a signing itself (without an official company announcement), leave spoilers out of the title and warn people potential surprise info will be inside, in case people want to avoid it.

If you're talking a general thread about overall signings, mention that potential spoilers are going to be in the discussion in the thread title.
