During the draft show have Teddy Long come out to answer the challenge. He can ask for Masters contract instead of the money if "i can find a way to break your Masterlock, playa" after all the Bischoff/Long back and forth a smug looking Bischoff who says "if Teddy cannot find a way to break the Masterlock Raw gets John Cena"
IIITTSS the Big Shoooow plays. Bischoff freaks, Long explains "i never said i would break the 'Lock, playa. But i would find a way to break it!" An overconfident Masters tries to calm Eric, who nervously agrees.
After a suprising struggle, so as not to make Masters look weak have the Show power out for the win. Show goes to shake Masters hand selling the neck. Masters refuses Show turns away to pose, Masters gets the chair and flattens TBS.
New fued on SD that Masters won't look like a lumbering oaf in and a taped show can be edited while showing off his power moves, which will appear to be move impressive on such a large opponent.

I thought the Masterlock Challenge was a means of having Mark Henry return to challenge Chris Masters.

It's a good idea, which is why it will never happen.

Chris Masters' challenge is based on strength. They'll form as the New Dudley Boyz, because they both find out that they're half brothers. Vince Russo strikes yet agaaaain.....!

The best way to end it is to fire Chris Masters.

Next raw and smackdown supershow Angle should come out...(I thought he would last time at the last show in msg) and just break out of it and then proceed on beating the s**t out of masters.

I always assumed that Hogan would be the one to break the hold.
FOR NO SPECIFIC REASON. HE JUST WILL.
But the Mark Henry thing makes sense. It'll give ol' BIG FAT GUY another run to fill in his unbreakable 10-year contract. Damn, that guy was smart. He can't wrestle for toffee, but is that guy smart...
Oh, and back onto topic, Chris Masters is a bastard for injuring Stevie Richards. I felt damn sure that Stevie was JUST about to get the push he deserves.
It'll come, though. It will most definately come.
Right?

Mark Henry? Smart?
This is how he got his contract....
*Vince talking to Henry on the phone*
Vince: So, Mr. Henry, how much wrestling experience do you have? Mark Henry: 8 years worth, and I was trained by Ric Flair. Vince: WOW! Ric Flair! Well, uh... how much do you weigh? I need someone who weighs in between 240 and 280 pounds, and someone who is in shape. MH: I'm your man. Vince: Good, good. Um, you used to work for WCW, correct? MH: Yes, but I was fired because I beat up Dusty Rhodes. Vince: (Gets an orgasm) WOWEE! 12 year contract, 12 year contract, Aweeeoeoee!!!!
That's how most hosses get employed.

I don't know HOW they should end it, but I have a feeling it won't be ending until he gets his cash reward up above "could buy a crappy used car with it" level.

The problem with the Big Show breaking it is that he's so much bigger than Masters. For a hoss like Masters to look impressive, he needs to be in the ring with smaller guys. Even though his physique is better than the Big Show's, he'd look puny next to him. At least with Mark Henry he's taller than him (I think). Then you have the big muscle guy versus the fat strong guy. The main problem with Mark Henry is that if you push him at the expense of Masters, Masters will drop in status and Henry will get injured again. Then you have your strong guy looking week and the guy who benefitted from that will be on the shelf. The best bet at thia point is to use Henry to put people over. Let him break the hold in the challenge but lose to it in a match.

How to end the masterlock?
Perhaps there is a really big hoss who is returning from an ankle injury soon.
Perhaps said hoss is really over with the fans (the marks, not the IWC)
Perhaps said hoss enjoys complimenting women's shoes, and has a distinct dislike of babies..
and this week's RAW is in front of his home town...
you have been warned.

Of course this will once again create another wave of snitskyism and creating another band "anti-snitsky" marks to defend ridiculous "everyone must put on 4 star matches to be entertaining" philosphy of wrestling.

See, the problem is that you guys have Masters challenging actual wrestlers, and thus far, he's only challenged "fans" at RAW events.
This would mean, then, that for a WWE superstar to break the hold, they'd have to be at RAW as an observer, not a participant. Thus, the Snitsky idea would make sense, especially if Gene is in the audience wearing like, a hooded sweatshirt, and Masters can't see his face.
Although, the Draft is coming up too....could be cool to have an SD superstar break the hold at the draft show.
And I do agree, they need to have the gimmick change from $1000 to having a growing pot so that every week that no one succeeds, another $1000 is added to the pot.
I could also see the Rock coming back at a RAW in Miami to break the hold.
Or even, if he weren't being such a stupid little bastard, Brock Lesnar, whom this angle seems tailor made for.

I wanna see Molly Holly come back, kick the guy in the nuts, and break the lock.

Maybe nobody will break it? Maybe Vince will let this drag on, preventing Masters from even wrestling?
