I disagree. In 10 years stuff the Montreal incident, Owen's death, and his stroke would likely be lost on the fans of the time as it would be something that happened in the "previous generation." Yeah, it could still be good but if they inducted him in 2006 or 2007 it would probably be a lot bigger deal since the fans would still go nuts for him. It's not like Bret's going to ever wrestle again so I don't see why they should wait. ...and to give in to superstition for a moment...the way the "Curse of the Hart Foundation" has knocked people off so far, I'd try to get Bret in there sooner than later. Well, yeah, I guess. Only the older generation would care about Bret, whereas the younger generation would remember him the same way today's generation care about Jimmy Snuka or Don Moraco.

Shyt I would love to see Bret in there but I doubt he wouldd actually agree to it....as mentioned before the thread is misleading. Anyway on a sidenote if I would have had a global account before I would be up to 300 posts now.....anyway what great punctuation and spelling for a drunken man right? Later days!

But hopefully Bret accepts. It would be a very respectful way for him to make a return in my mind. I just wonder who would induct him....... HBK!!!!!!!!! (just kidding!) ;D good qustion though.

Chris Benoit or Jericho would be a good choice for the inductor, if they wanted to steer clear of Vince and Shawn.
I don't really care when he accepts, I just wish it's soon.
But, why all the fuss over Bret and NOTHING over Rick Martel.....that's just wrong!
