I saw Jeff Jarrett on my TV and had to go poo. (Not because he was there, but because I had Mexican). I decided not to hold it, because it was Jeff Jarrett. Did I miss anything worthwhile?

While the second hour was OK, the first hour was embarrassingly bad. There was ONE short match the entire first hour between Sabin and "Not-so-Great Muta" and that's it for the actual wrestling. Besides that in the first hour, we had interviews, backstage segments, video packages, video packages for backstage segments, video packages for interviews, and one impromptu brawl that lasted for about a couple of minutes, but at least it was SOME physical action. It made the average episode of RAW look like freakin' Wrestlemania for chrissakes.
I really hope the only reason this week's episode of Impact was so poor was because they knew not too many people were going to watch it because of the holiday.

I enjoyed IMPACT! tonight. They were really setting up Genesis tonight and i thought they did a good job.
- I enjoyed the Sabin/Kiyoshi match, it wasent as good as Dutt/Sabin last week, but im glad they are continuing to give the matches a bit more duration.
-Beer Money rough cuts and Morgan/Abyss promos were good
-Alex Shelley and Eric Young bit was pretty good. I guess MCMG are out of the front line. They didnt come out to help Styles. Im also enjoying new Eric Young, looking forward to their match, with the buildup it might actually be a good one that is given time.
-Rhino is looking less sluggish in the ring and is getting pretty over with the crowd again. Im still surprised he is getting the title shot though.
-Kurt Angle/Jeff Jarrett continues to progress nicely.
-Knockouts match was entertaining. Taylor Wilde was on fire in that match. I laughed when she took out her entire team with the splash.
-OK, i was interested in Suicide at first . A few things have already killed it for me. 1) "straight from the video game". That's a new one for RD's next book of lists. 2) The crowd goes dead every time he comes in, last week i saw this girl in the background with the biggest "WTF" look on her face and it kind of sums it up 3)He has already botched his finisher and looked like crap in his run in on Bashir. 4)They still arent even hinting that he might actually wrestle a match any time soon and i already don't care to see him. It's a bust TNA. Im predicting it, and i think it's a safe bet. Cut your losses. Send Suicide out the door with Curry Man and work out a contract with Kaz and Christopher Daniels

I thought the show was good. TV needs to be used as a vehicle to hype their PPV, and they are doing just that.
It's an interesting dilemma. WWE has more wrestling on free TV than on their PPV. I think on their PPVs, they only have about an hour and a half of actual wrestling, while TNA fills up the majority of their PPV time.

I do have to say that Rhino's looked more lively of late, as well. His moveset will never be very expansive, but his overall presentation in the ring lately has been a bit sharper and more interesting. Still don't see him as a top player, but at least he's trying to up his performance to match that kind of status.

I missed a large portion of the second hour because Best of "This Is SportsCenter" was on ESPN. Sounds like I didn't miss much.

I thought the show was decent as well, minus the run-in by Suicide. I don't think he'll ever catch on personally.

Taylor Wilde looked hot tonight. First time I've ever said that.

Decent Impact.
It was good to see clean finishes to the X Division and Knockout's matches.
Hopefully Taylor Wilde will at least get a rematch for the Knockouts title.
Also I think they should have hyped the Sting / Rhino world title match for Genesis a little more since that is the main event for that PPV.
I also hope the BP / Sara Palin thing ends soon.

It was worth watching for Angle describing Nash as a wrestling purist, and Nash's brilliant "modest" expression.
