Ok this starts off by having Abyss go on a rampage on Impact attacking EVERYONE including the commentators and the fans. Abyss is then tied up and taken away.
Next week TNA announces that Abyss has lost his mind and has been placed into a lunatic asylum. They hold an interview with Abyss there but he goes crazy and starts attacking the interviewers, the doctor and the other patients. For about a month TNA holds updates and reports from the Asylum that Abyss is still in the asylum and that his condition is getting WORSE.
Then in about another 4 weeks, TNA can have a doctor come out and declare that Abyss has finally been treated and he is healthy. Have guys backstage doubt it and have the doctor say that in order for him to be better, he needs to go back to his former place of work...TNA. Abyss walks out, but wearing only half of his mask so half of his face is masked. He declares that he, Abyss, is 100% healthy and ready for action.
He behaves. All goes well. Then next week have Abyss come in regular street clothes and with NO MASK and claim to be CHRIS PARKS. Everyone is confused and CHRIS PARKS says he has no idea who Abyss is when they ask him. Have Chris Parks wrestle, maybe in a different style. Then the week after, he comes in as Abyss again and when interviewed he says he doesn't know who Chris Parks is!
TNA calls back the doctor of the insane asylum and tells him that Abyss is still crazy. The doctor says no, he is not and that everything is going right with him and explains that Abyss has been healed and the way it was done was to SEPARATE Chris Parks from Abyss so now he is TWO different people and if no one reminds him that he is two people at the same time, all will be fine. It's the only way he can exist! The doctor says Abyss' problems was that he was two people trapped in one body who couldn't coexist with each other.
Thus, TNA treats him as two different people, even puts up a seperate profile on the website for Chris Parks and Abyss. A heel could then try to screw the situation up by teasing Abyss/Parks and asking them to come in to the show on the SAME day together.
What do u think? I don't remember a gimmick like this ever being done so I think it could be a breath of fresh air.
