GET THEMKidding, of course. Violence is wrong.Speak for yourself. *Pulls Out Crossbow* This "Movie" set a new standard for reprehensible, great induction. P.S. For what it's worth, Extreme Rambo still beat this in AIM(Those that don't know what I mean, you won't get it).

Also, is there any particular reason why, when the fat guy's eyes disappear, we can see the scenery behind him through the holes where they used to be?! Looks like a Jeepers Creepers reference, which is odd since that movie was more than four months old at the time Meet The Spartans was released.

I never saw your Disaster Movie induction. Where is it? Also, wasn't there a scene that mocked Jack Thompson in Meet the Spartans? I thought I heard that somewhere. No Jack Thompson scene. Ah, I heard wrong then. Thanks for clarifying (like I was gonna check the film myself).

I haven't seen this movie but I have given up on the parody movies since Scary Movie 2. They make money so someone must like this garbage but I am not one of them. I went to Rambo openning night and I guarentee that movie will be remember for much longer than Meet the Spartans. Whenever I read a review about whatever parody movie came out this week, it seems like they are movies on ADHD. There is no real story or focus. It's just a bunch of random gags. Airplane, for being a parody of 70's disaster movies, had a story. The jokes were revelent to the story and, frankly, funny. What is the joke in showing people then kicking them into a pit? Anyone could write that and the humor is lost on me. Britney Spears went crazy and is a bad mom,so we kicked her into a pit. How is the relevant to anything? It doesn't seem funny. It seems mean spirited and entirelessly pointless to the rest of your story unless you story is Britney Spears comes back as a Jason Vorhees style slasher and kills the Spartans. I am reminded of the Family Guy episode of South Park. Jokes should be meaningful and revelent to a story, not just the same random gag over and over.

Problem is they get intertwined with their own story that people dont realize that they are parodies. * Shaun of the Dead * Black Dynamite * Tropic Thunder * Walk Hard * Hot Fuzz It is my biggest problem that because these guys have made no sense at all in a good script and have gone for cheap gags, that they have made movie parodies a bad name now.

First off, great induction. This movie was a piece of garbage.
Secondly, Pinocchio's Revenge is being inducted. WOO HOO!

The next poll in September will also be films that I like, but most people hate. That one may be contreversial because I know that people are like me and love some of the choices.

I watched one episode of Krod Mandoon. If you've watched this movie, it's pretty much the same garbage. I had a thread about this show awhille back, and I thought the main consensus was that people here liked it. I thought it sucked ass.

I should now mention that I am now watching a movie that got the parodying of epic movies right in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

I liked this film.... Not as good as say "Epic Movie" but it was a good "check your brain out and dropkick into the next dimension" film......
