Wait, so people are upset that a network that called itself the First Network for Men is airing stuff for guys? The hell? Perhaps men with head trauma who have no short term memory to realize that Spike has the rights to 10 movies, the first four seasons of CSI NY and UFC. The original complaint was they've played the Star Wars trilogy non-stop, but the FART BOOBS BEER BOOBS BOOM show isn't for men if that's what you're arguing. It's for idiots. |

Does Spike have anything on their channel besides Star Wars movies, CSI, World's Deadliest (fill in the blank) and UFC? Really justified the name change from TNN to fully explain the switch from a station that played movies and syndicated TV shows to a station that plays movies and syndicated TV shows....plus UFC. They have Unsolved Mysteries. Which airs at 2 in the freaking morning. And is cut down and edited beyond belief. Damn you Spike, give Unsolved a better timeslot, and show the old original episodes with Robert Stack. Not the Spike edited ones with Dennis Farina. This is one of the biggest shames in the television industry.. Id even settle for the re-re-re-re-re-re-re-peated Dennis Farina edited ones.. I'd watch them over just about anything else.+ |

I think what's insulting are the things that Spike TV thinks that I, as a man, would enjoy watching.
Yes, I love the original (original) Star Wars trilogy, but the other dreck? Truth be told, I watch more Lifetime than I do Spike, because Lifetime airs Frasier repeats.
