WWE signs female bodybuilder

I don't get it. I think she's cute, ESPECIALLY compared to most other female bodybuilders. I'll reserve judgment on whether or not she should be wrestling once she's trained and such.

I know someone who takes part in fitness/bodybuilding competitions, and she looked normal. It's just that in the weeks leading up to a competition, she pretty much lives in the gym, ups her protein intake, and so on and so forth. Basically, the way this new bodybuilder chick looks in the competition pics is how she looks for the competition, and her every day is the cute pics that everyone is loving.

This girl is nowhere near as manly as Nicole Bass or Chyna.

I think she'll be a good addition.

I like how she looks. I not expecting a model, and she looks like a model, but also looks like an athlete. It's just weird how all you have to say is "woman with muscle" and people's perceptional all of a sudden go down the drain with people thinking she "looks like a man" and all that.

Why can't I hear about the WWE signing a "female wrestler" instead of a "female bodybuilder", a "female stock car driver", or a "female Carnival cruiseline director"?

Kind of agree with some that the whole idea of a woman with muscles is somehow automatically a formula for grossness. Go look at some of the women you see running around on the street and compare them to the divas in WWE-guarantee, some of the diva's look herculean by comparison. Lest we forget, when we saw Trish a couple weeks ago, she was significantly less muscular than in her wrestling days. And as far as her looking so different in each of the pictures posted-lets not forget that in addition to her varying degrees of muscularity, a combination of make up, lighting, outfits, and skin tanning can make a lot of difference.

And oh yes, bodybuilders make terrible wrestlers. Lest we forget that Triple H, who is hailed as one of the best all round performers ever-if not one of the more controversial personalities backstage-is a former bodybuilder. John Cena, who is capable of having a good match when he works with the right people, is a former bodybuilder. And how many of the current women in WWE and TNA are former fitness models?

In short...lets wait till we see how the woman performs on television before we pass judgment. But I will say that I hope WWE invests a good, long period of training before they throw her on television.

See how she goes. A couple of the pics I don't like, most of the rest she looks fine in though.

That's just one thing though, and arguably the least important. How she handles the stick (ahem...) and wrestles will be the real measurement.
