Anyone else here wants to do a Green Man vs Red Man fued in the vein of Spy vs Spy? That's what I plan on doing? If I could get the 360 version, I'd create Yellow Man and do a story of him being pissed off about the DoR series being cancelled years ago and seeking revenge against Green Man and Red Man. If possible, I'd make Silver Man from Raw 2 his partner. For some reason, the Generic Trainee from the GameCube WWE games and the Crash Test Dummy from WrestleMania 2000 form their own alliance against the Rainbow Men. Oh, and I also had a "Blackest Night" concept using the Rainbow Men, too.  |

Just bought a new 360 and preordered SvR 2010. I really CANNOT wait for this game. One of 3 games I've EVER preordered. Do we have a concrete release date? I've heard both the 20th and the 23rd.

Why the hell can't Divas compete in Hell in a Cell or Elimination Chamber? God, it's like THQ tries to come up with a different way to piss off people who play as women each year.
One of the things I miss from the Day of Reckoning games - women could bleed.

Depends where you live. It's out between the 19th and the 23rd, depending on what day video games come out there. For example, it's always a Friday release date in the UK, so we'll get it on the 23rd. Couldn't help but notice when Taker chokeslammed Punk in the corner, Punk's foot actually landed on the bottom rope when he hit the ground. That's attention to detail if ever I saw it. |

If HIAC does indeed have weapons back, awesome. Just need a larger ringside area now for spots inside the Cell and we're sorted and it's a fun match.
Also I notice these new Abilities:
Fired Up
Ring Escape
Exploder Turnbuckle Attack
Pull-Back Attacks
Strong Strike
I wonder what these involves. Fired Up I would imagine is a variant on Kip Up, possibly for tag matches. Ring Escape, perhaps the typical coward heel fleeing. Pull back attacks, perhaps mount attack moves? Strong strike I'd imagine means you either do more damage with strikes or perhaps can KO with certain strikes.
Exploder turnbuckle Attack though, i have no clue. I like to think it makes the game go all FMW and the ringposts blow up when you do corner grapples. I know it won't but hey.
And sucks that we still have to acquire the abilities through career mode, but at least we can reject them if we choose, now. Pissed me off so much trying to give heavyweights springboard by dropping them down a weight for the CW Title then boosting back up, as you were forced to give them Possum Pin too as everyone on the Cruiser title path had Possum Pin and you got that ability by beating 3 people with it.

The Exploder Turnbuckle Attack is basically a special way of bringing an opponent down if they're on the turnbuckle. You don't do the "Flair Spot" with the guys that have it. From what I've seen, Morrison & Mysterio both have it and they have a special, rope-assisted kick that knocks an opponent down from the top rope.
And from what I've seen, "Fired Up" lets you hit multiple finishers in a row without losing momentum (up to 3).

Fired Up lets you use three finishers off one full bar. Exploder Turnbuckle Attacks lets you do stuff like when Shelton Benjamin or Kurt Angle jumps to the top rope and throws somebody off of it. Pull-Back Attacks is the feature from the older games where you could Irish whip a foe only to pull them back into an attack. |

I keep wondering from the clips I've seen, is there a new RKO in the game, or are they just editing the ground stalking part out of last year's animation?

Actually, they didn't bleed physically, but they did have a neat affect where they'd "bleed" and still participate in first blood matches. |

Two things I'd like to see: 1. Compatibility with DLC from SDvR 2009. 2. The PS3 version FINALLY getting a number of layers in CAW mode equal to that of the 360 version. I'm REALLY getting sick of that!  |
