When Miz came out, I had no idea WHY he would be out talking to the crowd just before the final match.
...And then, he espoused such wonderful news, I almost died.
I am looking SO FORWARD to this match up. I only wish there could be more build up besides 1 week - if we get anything resembling "build up" next week.
My money's on Morrison, though I do believe no matter the victor of the match, we are the REAL winners.

I think Morrison has this one in the bag. Miz is getting better no doubt, but he has no business winning this match. They may have been close to the same level during their days as a tag team, but at this point Morrison is head and shoulders above Miz on the WWE totem pole.

All the more reason Miz should win, really. This is coming from a big Morrison fan, too. I just dont see a loss hurting Morrison, as he rarely loses anymore. I highly doubt it would be a clean loss either. So I would rather Miz won, assuming WWE is really serious about pushing him. Even if Morrison loses here I doubt it would derail his heat or the fast track to a World Title that hes currently on. |

I'd say you could get more out it by having Miz win here via nefarious means (interference by Maryse?), then build Morrison getting his revenge via a Survivor Series match with each man captaining their own team.
Morrison will certainly be big, but do not count Miz out. The guy has gone farther and surprised people at every turn. Who's to say he won't in the future?

Miz needs to win. Morrison will probably win though.
I just hope they host an episode of Dirt Sheet afterward which sets up Miz and his 4 top contenders for the US title against Morrison and his 4 top contenders for the IC title.
Miz, Kofi, Swagger, Bourne, and Santino vs Morrison, Ziggler, Knox, Finlay, and Matt

what I would love is for this match to take a crazy turn to where they start off doing their normal stuff but ends up brutal and ends in a draw or double dq.
it would be unexpected and makes them both look like they are evenly matched.
i would rather them not establish who's the better member until they have to fight each other down the road again for higher stakes and not just "bragging rights".
but I say all of us win

Where they ever introduced like that on WWE TV? I remember it on The Dirt Sheet a few times, but I thought they were always simply John Morrison and The Miz. |

This will be great, though I wish they could have held it off until Miz was more firmly established as a legit guy like Morrison is now. This could have had a Hardy vs. Hardy feel like from this past Mania. Still, this will be great. Very much looking forward to it. well they can still build it as US Champ vs. IC Champ to make things look more even. or has Morrison lost his title? don't get Smackdown anymore. |
