Matt Striker- He's a big nerd on wrestling and comics, so I think we would end up talking for hours on end.
Chris Jericho- Not only is he my all-time favorite, but he seems like a fun guy to hang out with.
Edge- Another one of my favorites and seems like a very fun guy.
Mick Foley- Mainly so we can make Al Snow jokes. ;D

I've always wanted to hang out with Kane. Just all around one of the coolest people ever.
Or just follow Triple H and Shawn around on the road for a day. For some reason I always imagine them in permanent DX-mode together, so it culd be fun.

Khali for 2 reasons- 1 he's supposed to be a super super nice guy, and 2- it'd be awesome going round with a 7'4" guy built like a tank stood next to you.
Jericho cause he seems like a fun guy.
Striker cause of the wretsling thing, Shelton to play videogames with. Have a big FPR party or something.
HHH seems like a great guy out of the ring, Taker I dunno, I'd be wary of certain jokes around him.

I'd want to hang out with DH Smith, Tyson Kidd and Natalya ... from the stories I've read online where fans have met them or got to hang out with them a little bit, it sounds like they're all very nice and cool people.
If not them, I would go with Triple H, Vince or JR.
