Well 5 people were left - Lashley, Young, Storm, Lethal and Sabin - and then it suddenly went to the final 2 of Jethro and Sabin. If PN fancies a redo he can feel free. I'd say if he does, make it a 6-man and add Holliday in, out of fairness to TTS. And I thought Deaner had been eliminated earlier, but I wasn't sure. Glad that was cleared up. |

Honestly I'd say that was the best outcome
Lashley's an Untaken who's just debuted
Young's just been dropped
Both Lethal and Storm would break up Tag Teams
Legion's barely ever here and Sabin would break up a team too
I was planning on Southern Justice going from Tag Team to Singles(Jethro) with Manager(Deaner) anyway

I don't see how it breaks up tag teams at all. And under your logic, we should have say... Jeff Jarrett win... because that wouldn't break up a team. But JJ got eliminated. Unfortunately his elimination was actually counted.

No offence, but if Jethro wins that sets a bad precedent.
I know mikeyp didn't mean to make the wrong person win. He just got confused. But if Jethro wins this, it gives space for people to just ignore votes at random when they fancy in the future in these sorts of matches, and claim they didn't see it.

The Match was a bit crazy like everyone's said
I thought he did pretty good considering I've tried doing a BR by myself when I was RAW GM
And that was with a Mass Entrance
Even then like it said in the Commentary Jethro's still got his ''Reward'' back pocket from Slammiversary

If anything, there'll be a match between the five guys who wren't eliminated. If Holliday gets a second chance then why not Hernandez or Joe?

They posted the entrances. I randomised the entrances, PMed everyone their number individually, sent out lists to the GMs, and keep score, whilst constantly having to remind people (you and Amigo mostly IIRC ) what the rules were. |

Mikey did it by himself with less participants
But a lower vote to be eliminated and less time between entrances
Plus he didn't really announce the Elims aside from those bits where he changed the Thread Titles

We could negate Jethro's win and give it to Sabin.
Okay, now that we got that out of the way, a six man battle royal seems like the best solution to this. Those who weren't eliminated (plus the "winner" Jethro) in a six man battle royal. That way, there's absolutely no confusion as to who the number one contender is.
Is it the best option? Maybe, maybe not. But it is fair.

If it was my choice though I'd cut the guys who aren't taken(Young and Lashley) simply because they add nothing to the ME of the biggest PPV of the year

Just wanted to say sorry for messing up the gauntlet. Really thought Jethro was still in it but I guess not. I support the idea of a six man battle royal with Lashley, Young, Storm, Lethal, Sabin and Holliday but it's not up to me anymore.
