I expect Test to interfere and cost him the match. But I could see Lashley cheating and starting a heel turn for him. With all three champions being faces, SOMEONE needs to go heel.

If I were booking, what I would have is RVD and Bobby Lashley shake hands at the beginning, have a great competitive match, have RVD go over, shake hands at the end, then Lashley blasts him from behind.
Oh, and also, I'd want to bring in Bill Alphonso as Lashley's new manager. Lashley recruited him because he knows RVD. And that's what I would do, DADDY!

Bobby Lashley's not charismatic enough to be 'Heel!'

...I will lose all hope for ECW's future. I'm just surprised you still do currently I still have hope too, There is still a chance it can be saved, the question is all whether or not Vince wants to admit he's huging up and wants to fix it. *expects the obvious answers*

Turn RVD heel and have him beat Lashley. Also have him start a feud with CM Punk

Lashley needs to be turned into an 80's throwback flash dance character and start coming out to "Living in a Box".
"am i living in a box, am i living in a caaardboard box....."
This is the only way my hope for WWECW will return

Bobby Lashley's not charismatic enough to be 'Heel!' He's also not charasmatic enough to be Face either.

Honestly, if RVD is on his way out, they should have Lashley squash him. It would build some credibility for Lashley as ECW champion to beat the other 2 men who have held the title since the restart cleanly.
Otherwise, I would have them do a backstage segment early on in the show where they wish each other luck, etc. and have Lashley leave and keep showing RVD with a heelish grin on his face to make you think he may go heel. Then during the match, have Lashley make the heel turn instead by blasting him with a low blow with a chair or something underhanded like that and RVD wins via DQ (unless its extreme rules, then Lashley gets the pin) afterwards, have Lashley beat down Van Dam badly.
A few weeks later, RVD returns and jumps the now heel Lashley. Also giving Lashley some form of mouthpiece would be smart. Bill Alfonso has been mentioned, and thats possible since hes been at both ONS PPV's, so they obviously have a decent relationship with him. Other choices could be: Elijah Burke, Brad Armstrong, move Coach over, or an angle I came up with.....
With the pole up now after JBL's speech on SD about should Teddy Long be fired as GM or not. Have Long fired, and then have him show up on ECW as Lashley's heel manager. Since when Lashley left SD, he and Teddy were still on very good terms, which we saw from their backstage segment.

I think Lashley should go over RVD clean, but in a good match, to help build him up as a credible champion. I think he'd be better as a silent-assasin of sorts. Doesn't talk much...just kicks ass. Build him up to be a monster.

If Lashley defeated Van Dam it'll prove to me once and for all that Vince doesn't give a shit about the old ECW.
