I'd like for the following to be inducted:
Rocky Johnson - So we can get one more live appearance from the Rock.
Johnny Valentine - The video package for him would be freakin' sweet, as it would undoubtedly feature footage from his days in JCP.
Dusty Rhodes - This is an obvious choice.
Owen Hart - He deserves it, plus one more appearance from Bret.
Howard Finkel - They inducted Gene Okerlund, why not him.

I think thats why OWen wasnt inducted last year, so he could this year and Bret would have a reason to be there...

The Rock himself will probably also be inducted at some point. Is he not in the HOF? I thought he was, but I'm not bothering to check. It was reported that he declined a spot this year (2006) in favor of being inducted in 2007. Chances are very good he'll be inducted next year. Highly unlikely, not that he doesn't deserve it. Yeah, if Okerland can be in the HOF, then I guess the FInk can, though Okerland has more classic moments. Fink was the first WWF employee. What would his video highlight be? Clips of him saying wrestlers names? The Warrior Finkle when he was briefly with Jericho?

I doubt WWE would induct Owen when Martha doesn't want them to. It would likely get WWE bad press. It would be almost inappropriate to induct Owen without Owen's widow and children present.

I thought Johnny Valentine was one of the ones who got inducted in the 1990s with Patterson, Snuka, Andre, Rogers, etc. Obviously not as I did a quick check on that.

Dusty's a given, I'd like to see Owen, but it's iffy at best. The Road Warriors should go in at this point, as should Jake, I would think. I'm not sure who else, but I'll think of someone.

What about Bulldog, Steamboat, Dibiase, and Elizabeth? is there a chance that THEY will get inducted this year?

These are ten nominations that I would love to see (that actually have a decent chance of getting inducted). I doubt WWE would induct so many bigger names from the same era in the same year, especially when Dusty is already heavily rumored to be inducted in 2007, but nevertheless...here are ten I'd love to see go in: 1. Curt Hennig. Leonice Hennig is probably the most appropriate to accept, though I'd love to see Heenan and Larry the Axe there too.
2. Ricky Steamboat. Ric Flair would be a likely choice to induct him.
3. Ted Dibiase. I believe he and WWE are still on good terms, though he is no longer an agent. I guess Mike "IRS" Rotunda could induct him.
4. Davey Boy Smith. I don't say the British Bulldogs because Dynamite Kid is a recluse and would likely have nothing to do with it, even if they were able to contact him. Harry Smith is probably the most appropriate to accept considering Davey Boy was separated from Diana Hart. I doubt Bret would appear, but perhaps Jim Neidhart could help out with this induction as well.
5. Rick Rude. Michelle Rood would probably be the most appropriate to accept. I have no clue who would do the induction speech. He and Heenan were apparently not close. Rude had heat with HBK over Montreal. Perhaps Triple H, though I don't think Rude and Trips were at all close.
6. The Wild Samoans. Captain Lou Albano may be the best contender to induct them. I seriously doubt Umaga/Eddie Fatu would be allowed to induct them into the Hall of Fame due to his gimmick. Rikishi is no longer there either. Perhaps Afa Jr. will be brought up by then. If so, then he could theoretically do the induction. Snuka could possibly do it as well.
7. Yokozuna. I doubt he'd be inducted in the same year as the Wild Samoans, but he could be inducted at some point due to his reigns as WWE champion. His wife would be the best choice to accept, but the names I mentioned for Wild Samoans could apply hear (not to mention the Wild Samoans themselves).
8. Mr. T. He deserves it more than William Perry and Pete Rose. Plus, it would be the perfect excuse to get Hogan to do the Hall of Fame ceremony.
9. Cyndi Lauper. She possibly wouldn't want to be apart of WWE anymore, but she deserves it. If Captain Lou isn't inducting someone, then he would be a probable inductor. The same applies for Hogan if he is not inducting someone.
10. Bob Backlund. Arnold Scaaland perhaps could induct him. Jim Ross has mentioned publicly that he thinks Backlund should go in. I agree.

I don't think people should be inducted just because they died. That said, most of the guys mentioned should be in....

That's right, the Original Shiek is almost a given as they have Sabu to induct him.

My problem with the WWE HoF is that it needs to be re-named the Pro Wrestling (or, shudder, Sports Entertainment) Hall of Fame so guys that were no doubt huge stars, but not nessacarily in WWE, can be inducted without people griping. With that said, here are the top 10 guys I think need to (but not nessacarily will be) inducted
1 - Macho Man Randy Savage (To be inducted by Stephanie McMahon just to get all the internet marks buzzing about THAT rumor. Failing that, HOGAN) 2 - Mr Perfect (To be inducted by Bobby Heenan and/or Larry Hennig) 3 - Jake Roberts (To be inducted by Tommy Dreamer) 4 - Big Van Vader (To be inducted by Harley Race) 5 - Dusty Rhodes (To be inducted by Goldust) 6 - Ted DiBiase (To be inducted by Virgil, give him something to do!) 7 - The Road Warriors (To be inducted by The World's Greatest Tag Team) 8 - Stan Hansen (To be inducted by Bradshaw) 9 - Abdullah the Butcher (To be inducted by Ric Flair) 10 - Terry Funk (To be inducted by Mick Foley)
Others: Owen Hart, Miss Elizabeth, Bam Bam Bigelow, Warrior, King Kong Bundy, The Fink, Kamala, Arn Anderson, Luna Vachon, The Big Bossman, Earthquake, Mr. T
