When I saw Ken Kennedy (Anderson at the time), debut and beat someone with the Greenbay Plunge, I literally yelled out "HOLY S***!".

It's probably been said, but Matt Morgan's vertical suplex into a rock bottom freakin' blew my mind when I first saw it. Especially since it looked like he crushed that guy with it, first time. another debut classic

I remember thinking that the F-5 was the ish first time Lesnar dropped it on someone Lesnar's Finisher when he debuted was the Spiral Powerbomb, though.

I remember thinking the Unprettier (then called the Impaler or something like that) was freaking awesome the first time I saw Christian use it against (I think) TAKA Michinoku.

The Dominator back in the day when Farooq wore the Nerf helmet. I don't know if it was just she shock of seeing him blast Candido with it or what but I was impressed as hell when he did it.

The Van Terminator when RVD debuted it at Heatwave 2000. It was hyped so much that he'd be debuting a new finisher, that I thought it would be a disappointment, but it turned out to be a HOLY SHIT inducing moment........until Shane-O-Mac stole it.

I'm going way back and saying that Big Bully Busick's Stump Puller (pulling both legs, up) was the most painful looking submission I had seen at the time, because it looked like the poor guy was going to break in half.

From the same era, but even more unusual: The Berzerker just chucking a guy out over the top and taking the countout victory.

I think the pedigree was definitely the most unique finisher. It looked very powerful and convincing.

I'll name all the ones I can think of
Pedigree (HHH) F-5 (Lesnar) Repeating Powerbomb (Jericho) Diamond Dust (Tanaka) Unprettier (Christian) Impaler DDT (Gangrel) Mandible Claw (Mankind) Big Show's Cobra Clutch Backbreaker

Some thing is either unique or it isn`t. You can`t have something that is more unique than something else.
Sorry for being a dick but my 'new' Mega Drive didn`t come with a AC Adaptor and I`m taking it out on the boards!
But if we`re talking about cool new moves I thought Goldbergs Gorilla press into a powerslam was cool as hell.

i guess it wasnt his actual debut, but in rikishi's first run as the angry samoan (pre- too cool) he used the rikishi driver and it looked pretty nasty

I'll go ahead and say Christian's Unprettier. Always has looked to be a painful move, and it really is.

Lesnar's F-5. It was really a thing of beauty, and one of those moves that looks simple, but you spend forever trying to figure out just how he did it.
That, and the Kryptonite Krunch.
