Metallica-Some Kind Of Monster. It makes you want to punch the members of the band in the face, yet root for them at the same time.

Man On Wire - A doco on tightrope walker Philippe Petit and how did some amazing and illegal tightrope walks mostly focuses on the time if walked on a wire between the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York in 1974.
Now the next one will be hard to find (might be able to find a VHS copy in Australia of all places but I'm not sure it's on DVD):
The Devil At Your Heels: A doco on the late stuntman Ken Carter as he attempts to jump a car from Canada to the United States on a ramp that's a mile long.

There was one on Discovery a few weeks ago about Jack the Ripper that was quite interesting.

I watched bits and pieces about of one tonight called 9 to 5: A Day in Porn.
Had stuff with Belladonna and apparently Sasha Grey. I only saw about ten minutes, but it seemed interesting enough. It does have nudity and sexually explicit scenes, so be warned about that.

Here are a few.
One Year in a Life of Crime and Life of Crime 2. Pretty much a documentary following the life of 3 petty criminals. Part 2 takes place a few years latter, one of them tries to go straight and the other keeps up with the petty shenanigans.
High on Crack Street - A documentary about the Crack epidemic of Lowell Massachusetts, featuring Dickie Eklund, boxer Mickey Ward's brother.

Even though it's not quite in the same vein, I have to suggest the series Penn & Teller's Bullshit.

Global Metal is also pretty good. I have to check a lot of these out, documentaries very easily catch my attention when I get chance to see them. I have a friend who raves about Man On Wire.
