Poached are good, but take too much time to bring the water/vinegar up usually.
I like scrambled. I like two whole eggs plus an extra white. I cook them in a non-stick pan with cooking spray. I don't like them runny, but I HATE it when they get the least little bit of brown.

In before the fertalized.
I like three fried in olive oil in with an eye dropper of water and a lid to steam the tops. It beats flipping them and is easier to avoid over cooking and turning the yolk into a solid. Seasoned with seasoned salt and then each served on a slice of butter bread. Usually Italian as it fits the eggs better.

Sunny-side up. I use toast to sop up the yolks, then eat the whites.
Second choice: Hardboiled, then peeled and mashed in a bowl while still hot, with salt and pepper and lots of butter.
Scrambled is good, too.
