It's a hypothetical that's been tossed around for a couple of weeks, but now it's official: the winner of the Civil War on Dec. 3 will go to the Rose Bowl.
That UO/Arizona game was NUTS! My fiancee was nervous around me that whole fourth quarter, lol!

Syracuse WR Mike Williams, who dropped out of school three weeks ago, will enter the 2010 NFL draft. I don't want to assume anything, but maybe his family needs money, which would suck, but if he's just leaving because of bad grades or something, I wouldn't touch him in the draft.

WOW! I should come here to find out about my NCAA, forget ESPN! I'm from Canada and I've only been following NCAA Football since 2006. It still feels pretty new to me. Canadian university sports is nothing AT ALL like it is in America. I've learned alot just reading here.
I got a few questions. 1) I understand you need 6 wins to be eligible to go to a bowl game but does that mean you'll be in a bowl game for sure? The reason I ask is that over the Summer I visited Iowa State University, I had a great time, and I badly hope the Cyclones go to a bowl game. Cross my fingers and hope to die!
2) I noticed that Kansas State in the Big 12 have 6 wins and yet they are not eligible. Is there a reason for that?
3) I'm very seriously thinking of travelling to the U.S. next year to see a live NCAA football game. I've wanted to do this for a couple of years now. Alot of games I see on TV look as if every seat in the staduim is filled. Are there any 1st Division teams that I can get tickets to easily, perhaps right at the stadium on the day of the game. Sure, I could buy tickets off the internet but I don't own a credit card (and have NO WILL to own one either). I don't care what teams I see but the cheerleaders and bands have to be there or I'm not going. I'm going for the experience if you can catch what I mean. Anyone want to come with me?
I'm really enjoying this season. Hope you are too.
Oh BTW.... Jim Ross must be having the worst time of things this year. Though I haven't been watching for long I've never seen Oklahoma U have this bad of a season. Hang in there JR I miss you on WWE.

You can do what my brother does for every alabama game. Just show up. People are always selling an extra ticket or two. Sometimes, they're not even scalpers, they just had a person cancel on them. Take for instance, last year my dad and two brothers bought tix off of ebay for the yearly Alabama vs Auburn game. The dude said that he would meet them in the parking lot, and of course never showed. They were getting ready to leave when they came across this lady who just offered them her tix. She had season passes, and didn't need them, just gave them to my dad for free.
On another note. I hate that the AL vs Auburn game is on friday this year.
