Would we have Bruce Lee Facts instead of Chuck Norris Facts?
Discuss.

Well, to be fair, Chuck Norris facts are a permutation of Vin Diesel facts, many of which were recycled Bill Brasky jokes.
So it isn't inconceivable that Bruce Lee would have facts, in fact, I believe that he does.
Plus, "Chuck Norris Facts" are pretty interchangeable - look at Steve Blackman facts on this forum as a key example of this.

Bruce Lee probably would have gone on to make some pretty awesome movies before kind of drifting off in the 80s. He'd appear from time to time but nothing too big. Then, I bet you, Quentin Tarantino would have put him in a movie. If Bruce Lee were alive I bet you anything he would have been in Kill Bill.

I would imagine he'd have a huge endorsement deal with Onitsuka Tiger brand shoes. He wore a style of them in "Game of Death" with the famous tracksuit.
Most in the US outside of the brand being brought here as a fashion brand (it's WAY more popular in...well, Japan) have no idea about them. I own a pair and they're comfy as hell, but most have no idea what they are.

As for Bruce, I don't know how marketable he would've stayed. I'd like to think he'd go for more of an actor-plus-director/producer action star route like Stallone or Jackie Chan and possibly produced his own films. Even better if his son had also not passed away and they could've starred together. RIP.

After all, there was a glut of attempts at finding a new Bruce Lee in the wake of his death, and Jackie Chan was one of them until he hit his stride with Drunken Master. On the other hand, Bruce Lee was a serious martial artist, and did not plan to do movies forever, so he may have possibly become instrumental in Jackie Chan's rise and only done occasional martial arts movies here and there. If nothing else we would have had a proper Game of Death. And Bruce Lee in Kill Bill would have been awesome.

Also, one other thing: WMAC Masters would've become a ratings sensation that buried professional wrestling for good, then brought about world peace, a la Wyld Stallyns.

I think he would have been only an occasional actor/director who would travel the world promoting martial arts.

I'm not sure he would have been as good...but maybe he would have replaced Pat Morita as Mr. Miyagi in the Karate Kid? That movie kinda preached what he taught anyway and it would have awesome to see Bruce vs. Kreese!!

Probably in prison. Somebody would have pissed him off enough for him to beat them to death. He apparently had quite the short fuse.

Dana White has always said he would've tried to get Bruce involved in some manner (fighting if he was younger and/or still had it), and that Lee was a man who was way ahead of his time.

Not just any toast, but toast that has put back into the toaster twice and then was dropped in a bathtub full of gasoline while he was still being toasted, and then the super-duper burnt toast got soggy.

I'd argue that he'd have had success, but not to the level most people would like to think. He gained a lot of popularity BECAUSE he died young and in an odd fashion along with his son.
He wouldn't be a nobody, but he'd probably be similar to Chuck Norris before he did Walker Texas Ranger.

I won't necessarily disagree with that, but he'd probably still have better status than Chuck Norris today because he would have starred in true blockbuster films.

Sorry to put a downer on this, but if he was still doing movies during the 90's, he may have been permantly put off his career after what happened to Brandon

If you are in any possible way insinuating that Missing in Action is not a true blockbuster.... then sir, we is gonna have fisticuffs.

Yeah, I go with the "Bruce Lee as Pai Mei" Theory.
