What show am I speaking of?
This ranks a solid Third behind Mister Rogers and Sesame Street for my favorite educational kids show I used to watch.

I loved Zoobilee Zoo! I remember waking up early to watch it--around 6:30 AM--on the Odyssey Network. I haven't seen the show in forever, but I still know the theme song, word for word.
I'd love to see a channel pick this show up. Retro Television would be a perfect fit, since the show's from the 80s and they could use it to fulfill the channel's "educational/informative" requirements.

I've heard of it. Now who remembers the Letter People? I do. Watched it back in kindergarten, even though it's now almost 40 years old.

I vaguely remember 3-2-1 Contact- I think I was really bored by it as a kid. I'd probably enjoy watching re-runs of it now though.

Ah yes, Richard Simmons in a spandex bodysuit that showed the internal organs. What an...educational time that was. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go bleach my brain.

I remember Zoobilee Zoo. It used to scare me when I was small. Then I got a little older and watched it again and thought it was dumb but I liked it then.

By The Electric Company you mean the one with Morgan Freeman and Rita Moreno, right? Those were so totally groovy. I used to dig Big Blue Marble.

I'm not sure if I got so used to my PBS schedule where it may have replaced something else one day but my first memory of the show is going "Ugh, what is this?" and not being happy.

All I have to say is Easy Reader...uh, uh, uh. I wonder though, does the esteemed Mr. Freeman look back and wonder just what the hell he was thinking in some of the stuff he wore as Easy Reader?

Those things on Zoobilee Zoo look like they stole the costumes from Cats.
