Yeah, the dumb sitcom father has run it's course. I mean, it's only funny if you are a boomer who grew up watching Father Knows Best. Now, well, the standreds for parenting have dropped.

Peter Griffin's been pissing me off with his jerkass-ness and retardedness. Courtney from Total Drama Action. Michelangelo from the 2003 TMNT series. Chowder from Chowder. That's all I can think of. Mikey from 2003 was nothing to Mikey from the origional when he was a catchprase spouting moron Captain Janeway Lisa Simpson

Bravo to everyone who said Lisa Simpson. I can't stand her either. Imagine going on a long road trip with her and having to listen to her go on and on with her self-righteous BS.
Any single "cutesy kid" from any sitcom who ever existed.

Of all time Id say Ray's mum in Everybody loves Raymond. Absolute torture. As much as I respect your opinion, I think the "absolute torture" descriptor is the whole point of the role. And to be honest, I think its a role well-played. As for me, Brian Griffin always got on my nerves. As well as Dr. Jerry Punch from the ESPN NASCAR booth. This man makes a 90 car crash with a tornado sound like the most boringest thing on planet earth.

Peggy Hill from "King of the Hill". I mean, she tries to have the world revolve completely around her, plus she is completely ignorant. If a plot is based off of her, I tended to skip out
A close second is Peter Griffin. I mean, his stupidity is forced, and forced stupidity is not funny at all (I especially hated the episode "Petarded" where he used his "mentally challenged" status to make an ass of himself). He's also thoughtless and senseless. I know "Family Guy" isn't that type of show where thought process is involved, but come on!
And, speaking of forced stupidity, when she was on "Two and a Half Men", Kandi.

I might take some flak for this. Kramer.
If it can be considered a character (it certainly feels forced) Conan O'Brian too.

Oh man, I was just watching the Biography on "Full House" and my daughter walked into the room, telling me about how she likes the show. I told her, "It was OK, but I want to punch Kimmy in the face." Her and the Olsen trolls.

I might take some flak for this. Kramer. There have been moments in Seinfeld where I resented Kramer. He's the logic-breaker in the show: for example, he has had only one full-time job (and had been on strike for many years from that), yet was able to afford an apartment in Manhattan. He also has a legion of friends that we never saw (Bob Sacamano being the important one). Of course, it wouldn't be Seinfeld if they commonly mention this abnormality often.
