This article indicated it was only suspended for three years. That would still mean that he'd be without a license until May 2011. Perhaps he wasn't the driver? True but, it doesn't seem like it would be much of a story if he wasn't. Then again it is a slow news week for most. Well, this is TMZ, who have the journalistic integrity to rag on any celebrity due to their past problems, regardless of their actual involvement in a situation. I don't like Nick Hogan any more than the next guy, but I feel it'd be more prudent to hear the details from someone a bit more reputable than TMZ.

Source: TMZ.com Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea was involved in a "minor" car accident last night in downtown Los Angeles. Nobody was seriously injured. Ironically, Bollea had just left a charity event to raise money for the "Keep It On The Track" organization, which teaches people to drive safely. Police did appear at the scene, but nobody was arrested and no report was made. Bollea served over 4 months in jail for August 2007 car wreck that left his passenger John Graziano brain damaged. OK, seriously...revoke this dude's license already. Why? Nobody was arrested and no report was made, which means that it wasn't anything resembling a big deal. Someone could have hit the back of his car at a stop sign for all the story says.

Most likley a TMZ photographer was there when the accident happened. He reports it to his contacts at TMZ, and they run the story. No where did it say that he caused it or any more detail than that -- they just reported that Nick was in an accident. I don't see the big problem there, or anything that has to do with journalistic integrity.

Since there's no mention of him being the driver or him causing the accident, I'll hold off my judgment.

Wasn't there a story once about Brook being in an accident, with it eventually being revealed that she was the one who had been hit, rather than being the one to do the hitting? Could be that this is the same deal.
