I think it's his business and it's good that he isn't releasing too much info about what happened.
It's a private matter, and he has every right to not discuss it openly.

I agree there, but it's the world we live in, the famous become infamous and every bit of minutiae is examined and studied over.
That said, I stand by my original post that there's def. a story there, just given the 'cloak and dagger' nature of things.. deserved or no.

He's using the old "hide under a pile of coats and hope everything works out" strategy.

I think it's a family matter and he's trying to lay low as to not air out his dirty laundry.
Also, probably protecting those closest to him if it could end up being something big that might hurt his family.

Jeeze. If it is true that he's cheating on her....DAMN. Guess he thought he could do better than a Swedish sex goddess. *shrug* Ehh, admittedly I've only seen a few pictures of her, but to me she just looks like a generic, skinny blond woman

I think it's a family matter and he's trying to lay low as to not air out his dirty laundry. Also, probably protecting those closest to him if it could end up being something big that might hurt his family. I will respectfully disagree. NOTE: My entire post is based on the assumption that there was an actual domestic issue. My reasoning: If it was just a crash, why would anyone be so secretive about it?Is his love life my business? No. It's between him and his wife. But I can tell you from personal experience (as can any of us who's been in a committed relationship) that if he really wants to save his marriage, honesty is the only way to go. I don't see how he can be honest to his wife and not to the public. He has to know that if what many of us believe to be true IS true, then it will eventually come out, and Nixon could tell you that the cover-up is worse than the crime. Besides, if he really is doing it to "protect his family," who is he really protecting? If his wife hit him, then she knows what happened and she's not going to forget that anytime soon. If it's media scrutiny, guess what: they're already under it. Besides, he's an adult, his wife's an adult, and the oldest of their kids is 2. I doubt any reporter's going to ask him anything. Tiger's not saying anything because he wants us to be done talking about it. Funny thing is, if he actually did cheat (and I'm assuming he did) and he was honest about it immediately, we'd all be done talking about it by now.

His wife beat his ass with a golf club. I guess he's lucky he's not a baseball player. Or a fencer. LOL.

I'm suddenly hearing a bit from Eddie Murphy's RAW album in my head. "EDDIE, I WANT HALF!"

Seriously Tiger, just apologize and admit it, by her a massive diamond ring and necklace, and swear you'll never do it again. It worked for Kobe, and he had to deal with a criminal investigation on top of it.

So basically, he's admitting to what he did without saying the words "I cheated." He spent all that time and energy to keep this from being talked about, and all that did was make people talk about it more.
I said it last night and I'll say it again; If he would've done this a week ago, the story would be dead by now.

And it really should be over with.

Which is still better than Sosa's, " I don't really speak or understand much English this week" defense.
